We are excited to share The Tree Top House with you! Our home has been lovingly updated from top to bottom - NEWER flooring, furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and much, much more!

This vacation home literally HAS IT ALL - modern amenities and furnishings, tall pine trees, MAGNIFICENT VIEWS - and only minutes from shopping and Downtown Prescott!

For your comfort, the home features CENTRAL AC & HEAT - though the nights cool down considerably. For our guests' convenience, the home offers a full-size HE washer & dryer - so pack light! WIFI - Wireless high-speed internet provided.

Three generous-sized bedrooms are furnished with new beds and linens, and offer plenty of space for clothing storage - roomy closets & new dressers.

The home's fantastic floor-plan features TWO comfortable and inviting Living Rooms - each with its own 50" SmartTVs. The set-up is perfect for families - offering plenty of space to spread out, relax, watch TV and movies - or play one of the several games available at the house.

The completely remodeled eat-in kitchen features all-new cabinets, quartz counter-tops and a LARGE center island that opens to the front living room. You'll find the kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare & cook a meal - including new appliances - dishwasher, 5-burner gas range and built-in microwave.

The peaceful, FULLY FENCED, backyard is lined with pine trees and offers extended area to enjoy your morning coffee, wine or grill a meal on the NEW 5-burner gas BBQ.
The backyard also features a LARGE SEPARATE GATED AND FENCED dog run.

We enjoy sitting on the front porch throughout the day to take in the exquisite mountain vistas. The expansive windows in the Living Room and Family room are a feast for the eyes, filled with the view of pines trees and mountains along the horizon.

Location, location, location! Our home is situated in a fabulous neighborhood, adjacent to the historic Park district and close to downtown! The home is named for its "Tree Top" setting - atop a hill - which makes for great star-gazing and affords magnificent views of the mountains and Ponderosa Pines that surround this quaint neighborhood and town.

NOTE: Since the home sits high on the lot, the DRIVEWAY IS STEEP and should NOT BE USED if a vehicle does not have high-clearance in the front/back, or during the cold winter months and/or when weather conditions or forecasts include rain, snow or any other type of condensation.
*There is PLENTY OF STREET PARKING - in front & in back of the home.

Great location

This is a cute home on a tree-filled hill top. It was clean, comfortable and the host was super friendly. All of the neighbors were very nice and welcoming as well. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable. The fenced yard made it easy to travel with our two dogs. The driveway and entry could be a bit challenging for someone older or with a disability, but we didn’t mind. It’s super steep, more than it seems in the photos. We parked in the street (checked with the neighbors) and it was fine. Overall a great location in Prescott nestled in the trees; great for dog walks and restaurant access to downtown.

Another great stay at the Treetop!

This is our second stay at the property and it was just as welcoming and fun as last time. Host is by far one of the best out there, and the propriety is fantastic, stocked with everything you would expect, and even better than advertised. Highly recommended especially if you have a furry friend with you as they are very welcoming and the fenced in backyard is perfect. Quiet mountain top location is 2 minute drive to downtown Prescott/ Courthouse Square shopping and great eateries.

Overall a great property. Manager contacted me several times and produced redundant info. I would prefer less communication. Also charged for cleaning but requested I stripped the beds and start the laundry and start the dishwasher. Seemed like a big charge for the amount of work they wanted at checkout. Also the driveway is steep as hell.

Great place to stay in Prescott!!!

I would 100% stay here again. Linda was awesome and very communicative. It’s a super clean, cozy place that is very close to the main square. Driveway is very steep but there are stairs to the front door with a lighted pathway. Backyard was nice and clean too. Book this place with confidence. ✌️💚

A Little Slice of Heaven

Our family came up to Treetop to visit for a few days with our dog and man was it perfection. The place was clean and cozy and wonderful. It has everything you need. Our dog enjoyed running free in the fenced in yard and the kids enjoyed it as well. What a cute and quiet neighborhood. Linda was an exceptional host. So helpful and responsive and sweet. We will definitely visit again and tell others to as well!

Unplanned “vacation”

My dad was flown to the hospital in Prescott for an emergency open heart surgery. We needed a place to stay, and the Tree Top House provided us with a comforting home to return to after spending the day in an ICU room. On top of that, Linda was very supportive of our situation. Her kind messages and quick responses are the exact reasons we choose a property that wasn’t owned by some rental company. I would love to return to Prescott for an actual vacation and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Tree Top House get-a-way

We've stayed at this house 4 or 5 times now and each time it gets better! Newly remodeled, everything you need is available there. We brought our 7 yro Labrador retriever with us. It's a pet friendly house, with a nice fenced in yard. Our Host left a bottle of wine and a cheesecake in the fridge as she knew this was our birthday weekend get-a-way. You won't get that attention to detail from any other Host. Linda and her team are wonderful. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for all you do to make the guests feel at home. Ciao!

Great family trip!

The Tree Top House was perfect for our family get away. We went with our adult kids and our dogs for the weekend. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Fantastic stay!

We recently stayed at the TreeTop House for a weekend (myself, wife, 13 yo daughter and 5 yo hunting dog) for a soccer tournament. Owner was fantastic and was always available. Helped us with great recommendations around Prescott as well. House is very comfortable, clean and updated, professionally run, and just as advertised in the photos. Love all of the small touch extras like pet sheets for the furniture, extra towels and toiletries, kitchen supply’s, extra garage bags etc. Dog friendly fenced in backyard and fantastic neighborhood for dog walking (saw tons of others doing the same with their dogs). Quiet and gorgeous mountain top neighborhood with dark skies. Just 3 min drive to courthouse area in downtown Prescott. Would definitely highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable alternative to the chain hotels in town, especially if you have a pet.

Great get-away spot

The Tree-Top house was exactly as described and the location is terrific. The owner was flexible on a last minute date change request and was very responsive to any questions I posed. She even went above and beyond to send me a list of top restaurants to try. She and her family take great pride in providing a top-notch experience and have a great love for Prescott, which shows in her reaching out on multiple occasions to see if there was anything she could do to improve our stay.

Great week in Prescott!

This was the second time we’ve stayed here. The house is perfect for our needs, close to everything in Prescott. The house is nicely furnished with everything needed to be totally comfortable. Our little dog loves the fenced backyard where she could wander around and check everything out. Both the hosts and property manager made sure that we were well taken care of. We would highly recommend this property!

Perfect location well stocked

The property manager was wonderful. The location is in the tree tops and perfect viewing from the front porch and the backyard. The bonus family room would be great if you had young children since it has an extra TV and all the games you could possibly want. I’ve never been to a VBRO home that is well stocked with enough trash bags, toilet paper and detergent. Usually one has to run out for extras during a week stay. Not here! It is located close to the main streets of Prescott yet in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a family break from the heat.

The Tree Top House is owned by our family - grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren - who live in the Valley (Scottsdale). We have been visiting Prescott for many years, often for week-long stays in vacation rentals. This year, we decided it was time for a place of our own! Since we work in the Valley and can't be in Prescott as often as we would like, we would like to share our beautiful home with guests, so they too can experience the wonderful town of Prescott and create fantastic new memories that last a lifetime!

Why they chose this property

We have always enjoyed staying in vacation rentals close the town square - where people gather for festivals, concerts and parades. We've also enjoyed being only a short drive from the lakes, hiking, shopping and all that Prescott offers. The house hunting was very casual, waiting for the right one to appear and on Super Bowl weekend of 2016 this "turquoise house" on a hill became available. It was in the exact neighborhood we all loved! The home felt like it could be a "good fit" for our family and also to share with others. The house was lovingly maintained through the years, but we saw great potential and wanted to create a modern but inviting and comfortable HOME to enjoy together. We named it the Tree Top House for its ASTOUNDING VIEWS - which are magnificent from nearly every window! We hope to go out of our way to make you love this house and have it become you Home Away from Home in Prescott.

What makes this property unique

Sit on the cozy front porch, looking out over the tree tops to the mountains will make your heart sing. Open the blinds and drapes in the living and family room and it feels as it you're a million miles away from town. The home is complete and we are committed to providing you and your family with a beautifully furnished and well-appointed vacation rental - where you can truly RELAX and be comfortable THE HOME DOES SIT HIGH ON THE LOT AND THE DRIVEWAY IS STEEP - but there is plenty of space to park along the street - either in front or around back.
