The apartment is located in a privileged area and with good transport links. The Plaza Mayor is 15 minutes walking, Cathedral of La Almudena 17 minutes. THE FINE PRINT

-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.

-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport upon check-in.

-Events and/or parties are not allowed.

-For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 50€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.

-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
