Villa Jasmin is a private villa with superb sea views located in a quiet location between Moraira and Benissa. It has three individual apartments. Suitable for 3 families to holiday together. The top one Apartment A has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, kitchen, lounge.
The middle one Apartment B has 4 bedrooms, 2 twin and one double and one king. 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and covered terrace.
The lower one Apartment C has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, kitchen, lounge and terrace.
All three look out to sea and share an outdoor kitchen and BBq area with tables and chairs for 16 people.
The large free parking area is situated at the rear of the house in Carrer Colom. There are steps down to the villa.
The gardens are pretty and provide several relaxing seating areas.
There is a ping pong table.

Villa Jasmin has been owned by my family since 1974. My father was a master builder in his younger days and created this beautiful villa with stunning sea views. It is family run by myself, my partner and my 4 daughters (during school and university holidays¡)
We love it here and know you will too.

Why they chose this property
Villa Jasmin offers accommodation for up to 12 people. However it is split into 3 separate apartments so each family can have some of their own space indoors and share the outdoor areas to get together for meals and balmy evenings by the pool. Not suitable for young groups.

In a quiet relaxing area but only a 6 minute drive to the pretty resort of Moraira.
The pretty fishing village of Moraira at only a 6 minute drive away. Moraira has a sandy beach, boutiques, many restaurants and seafront bars. A lovely unspoilt fishing village.
