Our private 2-bedroom home sits on the hillside and provides a stunning panoramic view. You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets or the quiet morning breeze as you view southern Utah from the front porch. Very conveniently located near Zion National Park -- just a short 20 minute scenic drive. Very clean and comfortable home, 2 QUEEN beds, 2 bathrooms -- (NO bathtubs-- Showers only!). Perfect. Plenty of space for family of 5. Clean and tidy. Fantastic hosts.
Would definitely stay again. Great views from the verandah. Very clean and well looked after. Great base for Zion NP. Hosts were great.

We were visiting Zion national park for 4 days. The property was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and the check-in process was seamless. The location was nice and the views were great from the front porch. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Communication was excellent and check-in and out were simple. Location is lovely, with easy access to Zion and groceries, gas, and food options. House is perfect for a family and has just the right amenities. We had a great time and would happily stay again on our next visit.

The house was cozy and had a good kitchen. Our host was very attentive and let us check in early. We would have appreciated a couple of wooden dining (or other) chairs as we like firm chairs. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect House Near Zion National Park
My family recently visited Zion National Park. We wanted a place to stay nearby and found this cute house. We liked its quiet location with a nearby grocery store, gas station and coffee shop. The host was very welcoming, even writing my name on a board to welcome us. The host's attention to detail was amazing and we easily found everything we needed. The house was perfect for our family: a spacious, modern, and well-appointed kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. We used the BBQ one evening and ate outside with the colorful sunset in the background. It was one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and the master bath was very nice. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the front porch was amazing! Eileen was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to a friend.

Property is located 20-30 min from Zion and a very easy drive. Had all the amenities needed to cook. Beds were comfortable and showers were warm and strong…a blessing after each day of miles of hiking. Other people have comments on the steepness of driveway. we rented a mini van and it was fine and easy to negotiate just go slow.

We stayed while visiting Zion NP. We were close to all access points to the park and the facilities were exactly as described. Couldn't be more pleased with a vacation rental.

Great view and cozy
The property sets up high on the east side of town offering views over the town and the mountains to the west for sunsets. The house was cozy, comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. We ate several of our meals outside looking to the west. We would definitely stay here again.

After staying at so many motels, it was nice to have a full kitchen and cook some home-cooked meals plus wash our clothes. It was a bit of a drive to get to Zion, but not too bad

Needed a quiet, comfortable place to stay after our visit to Zion. This place was perfect! Certainly enjoyed sitting out front in the evening watching the beautiful sunset. Not into the crowds found in Springdale or St. George's. Great grocery store nearby. Highly recommend.

We couldn't pass up this one-of a kind brick home located on the hillside with a panoramic view of southern Utah. It is a very private and quiet location. The house has been renovated and everything is nice and clean! It is a wonderful place to relax after an adventurous day -- hiking, biking or shopping! We are located just 20 minutes from beautiful Zion National Park. It is a 25-minute drive to St. George.
