We welcome you to our newly remodeled studio just a block away from 5th ave and 15-minute stroll from a white sandy serene beach secluded ( by palm trees and greenery from the hassle of the town). Is a contemporary studio designed for smart travelers with two beds (double and single), and an attached bathroom with amenities like air conditioner, flat-screen Tv, Wi-fi internet, hair dryers, and Iron.

It also offers self-catering accommodation with electric stove, basic kitchen utensils, plates and silverware, coffeemaker, mini fridge, and a modest dining area.

A small backyard to relax and enjoy your laidback Caribbean vacations. Signature experiences to have in Playa del carmen are Partying in the 5th avenue- plenty of nightclubs including playa mamitas, shopping malls, awesome upscale and medium-range restaurants skydiving, snorkelling, 3D museum, Frida Kahlo museum, playa del Carmen beach and park, ferry ride to Cozumel. Due to the impressive growth of Playa del Carmen there is currently a construction being built next to our property so it can be a bit noisy from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
