Villa El Olivo is located in the beautiful upmarket residential bay of Cala Sant Francesc in Blanes, Costa Brava.

Conveniently located on a flat plot, you'll enjoy the private garden with idyllic atmosphere, pool area, terrace, kitchen and salon, all on the same level! Great for families with children who want to be close to the beach but also enjoy the private pool and garden.

The beach is at only 300m, a 10min walk or a 2min drive. You can park your car for free on the private owner's parking near the beach. The beach has a restaurant, showers, water activities and bay watch.

You enter this villa on the top floor. Park your car on the property via an automated gate.
On this floor you'll find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower), air conditioning and access to the balcony.
Second bedroom with two beds, air conditioning access to balcony with stunning sea views!
Third bedroom with 2 single beds (no AC).
Second bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor you'll find the large living room with chimney, TV, various sitting corners and sliding doors with direct access to the terrace and garden.
Covered terrace with exterior dining furniture. Private pool with loungers. Ping pong table.
Enjoy the beautiful sea views while having dinner or relaxing in the lounge corner.
Trees in the garden provide shadow.
Modern fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace with second dining table and BBQ.

On this floor you'll find the fourth double bedroom with air conditioning, sea views and third bathroom (with shower).

You also have free access to the private club in the bay with large pool, children pool, tennis court, bar and playground for the kids.

Great house for vacation for a large family or 2+2. Great equipped kitchen was a big asset. Also the places outside - tables for breakfast in the sunshine, comfortable places in the garden. Comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms gave us comfort and relaxation. Close to the beautiful beach. Hosts przemiliły and good contact with them. I recommend 10/10

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la villa El Olivo. Nous avons apprécié son emplacement à proximité de la plage et du centre de Blanes. Le charme de la villa, le calme, la vue magnifique. Le hamac a rajouté une petite touche très appréciable! L’équipe de costalvillas est sympathique et réactive. Notre séjour a été agréable et très reposant.

Nos ha gustado la ubicación y la tranquilidad de la zona. La casa es bonita. - La bienvenida: hemos echado de menos que nos hubieran explicado detalles del funcionamiento de las instalaciones. - Estado de la casa: falta de limpieza (arañas por todos los techos), desagües atascados de ducha y lavabo, camas sin acabar de hacer y sábanas más pequeñas que los colchones, el termostato de planta baja fuera de funcionamiento y al final tuvimos que arreglarlo pagando material de nuestro bolsillo para repararlo y tener una temperatura en la casa adecuada, poca intimidad por falta de cortinas. - Aparcamiento: teniendo entrada de coches la casa no pudimos entrar nuestro coche porque no se nos facilitó el mando para abrirla nosotros llegamos lloviendo y tuvimos que descargar todas nuestras cosas desde el exterior y así varios días.

We loved the location and quality of the villa. All the furniture and equipment was of a good standard and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Access to the beach club was a bonus, especially the car park near the beach. The small pool was a good depth and ideal for everyone. We loved the snorkelling in the cove but make sure you wear rock shoes as the rocks are sharp and there are a lot of sea urchins. The coastal villas team were professional and very helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. There weren’t enough sun loungers for the number of people at the villa- only 4. 2 of these were uncomfortable and they were disappointing quality. One comment on the layout is the sizes of the bedrooms. The master suite is enormous at the expense of the other bedrooms which were small and airless during the recent heatwave. (Fans supplied did help a lttle, though aircon would have been nice in this standard of accommodation). If you were a party of several couples holidaying together it would have been hard to allocate rooms!

Très belle villa à 5mn de la mer. Belles prestations et équipe réactive. Quartier résidentiel calme et très bien entretenu. nous étions 8 adultes et 1 bébé, l'espace est agréable et assez grand pour que notre séjour soit réussi.

Une villa vraiment bien agencée, des pieces vraiment grandes et agréables à vivre (un coté de la maison est contre le jardin, sous le niveau de la terre, la fraicheur est donc agréable). La vue est époustouflante. Et surtout un bonheur pour les enfants d'avoir pu jouer à la balançoire face à la mer, sans parler du hamac entre les arbres également face aux vagues. L'acces à la plage est plus rapide qu'indiqué (10 min max à pied). Le lieu est vraiment très calme, et en juillet/aout, pour les courageux levés avant 9h la plage est vraiment déserte (nombreux récifs et beaucoup de poissons pour le snorkeling). Grand choix de supermarché à 10 min max, et très joli jardin botanique à 5 min (avec une vue magnifique sur une petite crique). Encore merci! :)

Ruim en net huis. Heerlijke tuin met uitzicht en fijn zwembad voor de kinderen. Het strand was goed aan te lopen. Fijne bedden. Het was erg zoeken naar de afval containers.

Wir haben mit 4 Personen 1 Woche in der Villa El Olivio verbracht. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Umgebung und entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern und der Beschreibung auf der Website. Das Haus haben wir sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet vorgefunden. Der Service von dem Coastal Villas Team war während der Buchung sowie vor Ort absolut perfekt. Für eine Gruppe von 4-6 Personen ist das Haus absolut perfekt und wir werden sicherlich nochmal wieder kommen. Es sollte eine Möglichkeit geschaffen werden, dass automatische Grundstückstor öffnen zu können, um den PKW-Parkplatz vor dem Haus nutzen zu können. In der Hochsaison wird es nicht möglich sein, auf der Strasse vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Location was great. Perfect for 4-6 people. Bathrooms are renovated, kitchen appliances were working great.Coastalvillas personnel and Sofia were great, high standard of service. Definitely will recommend our friends. The only negative part is lacking AC system. In summer it is a must
