Pros and cons
Pros---1. You cannot beat this location if you want to walk to the sights, market and restaurants. 2. There is onsight parking which is very valuable because parking otherwise is impossible, however the cost of parking onsight is 10 euros per day. 3. Amazing views from the rooftop terrace.
Cons---1. The flat is on the third floor so you have to walk up many stairs. 2. The terrace is on the roof so you have to walk up stairs to second level, then tight windy staircase to the roof top. 3.When we arrived I tried to wash a load of clothes but the machine would not rinse or spin . Luckily, the host lives in the next door flat so she took the wash and completed the rinse and spin. She also took one more load of clothes which I needed washed and completed that for me. The repairman came on the day we left so I don't know if the washer is fixed yet. 4. The bathroom vanity needs to be replaced as the top drawer is missing and the second drawer is rotted and broken. 5.There is A/C but the host says you can only use it for 7 hours at a time. If you plan to visit in summer time and stay home, this could be an issue.
