Just a short stroll down the serene, tree-lined street lies Haycraft Park, offering 6 miles of pristine sand and surf along Sugar Beach. The tropical waters are ideal for swimming, snorkeling, surfing, and windsurfing. Take sunrise or sunset stroll along the shore and create unforgettable memories.
Start your day sipping coffee or tea from your 3rd floor ocean view lanai while enjoying the breathtaking ocean and courtyard views. During whale season (December-March) marvel at the playful whales in the bay or the boats gliding through the harbor.
Kanai A Nalu is a peaceful oceanfront resort, situated along the stunning Ma'alaea Bay, away from any road noise. Conveniently located in the central part of the island, between South and West Maui, Ma'alaea provides easy access to all the wonders of Maui. Less than a mile away from our condo, you'll find Ma'alaea Harbor, boasting a variety of restaurants and shops. Additionally, the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium and Maui Golf & Action Park (putt-putt golf, rock climbing, trampolines and bumper boats) are less than one mile up the road. Both activities ensure endless family fun.
For the adventurous surfers, "Freight Trains," a renowned wave in the harbor, can offer world-class conditions during big south swells. Windsurfing enthusiasts will find their haven toward the east of Ma'alaea, where both trade and Kona winds provide optimal experiences.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.
*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
*IMPORTANT: The standard number of allowed guests is 4. If you wish to add more guests to your trip, there is an extra person fee of $30 per guest beyond the standard allowed guests.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals.
