Top Floor Timbers Condo in Mt. Crested Butte

This is a top floor unit in the Timbers Condominiums. The complex features several unique features including ski and bike storage. Mt. Crested Butte village center is about a 5-10 minute walk or take the free Crested Butte shuttle bus that stops right in front of the property into the village or down the mountain into town. If you'd like to stay in and relax, there is a 50" TV with cable television service and Google Chromecast available as well as high speed Internet access. There is a nice balcony to enjoy the sunset from as well.

Nice and Easy Condo

A nice little well-kept condo across from the Grand Lodge and bus station. I think it is well priced for what you get, no frills, but all we needed was a clean place and good location. Accessible enough to get to the mountain, but be prepared to climb some stairs.

Incredible Ski Apartment in CB!

Excellent location just a short walk to the lifts. Nice, modern apartment that is one of the nicest I have seen in Crested Butte - Timbers is a great building. 10/10 cleanliness and well stocked kitchen and linens. Everything you need in a ski apartment but a cut above in every way. Great value relative to Summit and Eagle County options. Would absolutely visit again!

Terrific place, convenient location!

When we first arrived and stepped into the hallway, we thought we may be underwhelmed by the condo itself. However, the moment we stepped inside, we were so very pleased. Modern, very clean, quiet, with every amenity we needed (well-stocked kitchen, fans, balcony and furniture, washer and dryer, and more)! This will be our first choice when returning to Crested Butte! Thank you for your hospitality.

Timbers Condo in CB was INCREDIBLE!

Condo was tastefully decorated and had every amenity that we needed, including all small appliances and washer/dryer. Check in and out process was easy. Hosts are extremely thoughtful! We hope a return stay is in our future!

Great condo in the heart of all that Crested Butte has to offer! Condo was beautiful and clean. When our travel was delayed by two days due to the CrowdStrike/Microsoft debacle, the hosts could not have been more accommodating and generous. Highly recommend staying here!

Clean modern accommodations

Property was clean and nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable and ample linens available. We quickly figured out Fast Tracks and bus system making access to hiking trails and Crested Butte easy. Owner was quick to respond.

Convenient and everything you need

Our stay was great and the condo had everything we needed. A couple of cons are that this complex allows dogs, so there are a lot of dogs and there was quite a bit of barking as some owners leave their dogs home all day and they bark inside the units. Another note is the view and noise. The listing appears like it faces the mount CB but it doesn’t, it faces the parking lot, so you hear all of the cars coming in and out, doors closing, people having loud conversations and yelling up to the balconies. There were also several weddings, so people were coming back after midnight and making quite a bit of noise.

Perfect spot. Catching a shuttle is easy and only two minutes to the base. Easy ski storage downstairs. The building has a great mix of locals and short-term renters. The locals were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back.
