Enjoy this lovely 4.5 bedroom home located on Lake Denise at Swiss Waterski Resort in Clermont, FL. Walk down to the private dock and get a close up look at slalom water skiing or schedule a set for you and the family by following the links below! Or Golf at the Community Golf Course! Or take a quiet walk or bike ride with the two supplied bikes. Or do it all!

The first floor leads out to a gorgeous screened in porch and pool table, which leads to an endless pool that overlooks the water ski course! Lots of outdoor seating (1 table for 4 and another table seats 6). Lots of loungers for sun bathing. Please know that only the spa can be heated for an added charge.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor, and has its own air conditioning control which is wonderful in the hot Florida summers. The half bedroom upstairs accommodates two children.

The kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and has a breakfast bar for two. The large rectangular dining table seats 10 and has a view of the front garden.

The living area has comfortable seating, a smart TV, and DVD player.

There is a washing machine and a clothes dryer on the first floor utility area adjoining the private parking garage that can keep one car out of the sun.

Don't forget to schedule a ski set on this private ski lake in the back yard with MC Skis or one of the other ski lakes in the Community at Swiss Ski School! Remember that these are private lakes, not for public swimming.

Lovely property in a great location, excellently equipped, very happy with all aspects of our stay. See you next year, Sue!! It's always a sign of how well a property is managed, how a situation is handled if something goes wrong. We had a couple of very minor water issues, which were dealt with very quickly, even though it was a weekend, and with no inconvenience. Impressed! Highly recommended.

The perfect location with lots of space and comfort

The house served us great, as we needed a comfortable and spacious location as close to Groveland as possible, for a sports Competition. The house is surrounded by nature and everyday we woke up to silence, only broken by the chirping of birds. We loved the pool for the rest days and the screened porch was perfect for having a beer at night!

Great place.

First time using VRBO. We enjoyed our stay very much. We were on the go non stop during our stay and this house provided a great place to relax at the end of a long day.

The house was ok

It was pretty nice. The view outside was really nice. But the house is clean but very outdated. Fist day of our stay we couldn’t use the pool because it was very dirty and than the fridge started to leak. Also it was probably my fault I didn’t check that bbq grill was not included and you have to pay 60$ a day to rent it , so we bought our own portable. I wouldn’t stay there again but again house wasn’t bad

Nice, quiet, private

Loved the setting. Very private with large yard. Plenty of room for large family. Pool was great. Hot tub was broken, but since it's summer we didn't need it. Any other season, I would have been disappointed if hot tub was not working. Pool table on screen porch was fun, but it is about worn out (along with the cue sticks, and a missing ball). Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the house and our stay.

Swiss Paradise

Beautiful sprawling home with room for all!!!! Gorgeous pool and views and proximity to all ski lakes. Near Publix and restaurants too!

Great multi family spot!!

The property is beautiful and clean. We did have an issue with the water pressure, and the dishwasher but the manager Sue was very responsive to all of our concerns and issues. Would recommend for multi-family vacations. The bathtubs and pool were amazing.

Perfect for skiing at MC training center

Great for large groups...so many bathrooms and outdoor/patio living space. Sue is quick to respond and take care of any problems. The pools was not clean at our arrival but she took care of it immediately. Loved our stay in this home. THANKS Sue!

Best Place

This amazing Villa is exactly as presented. 5+ stars for everything. Property Manager Sue is super responsive to any questions. We had absolutely no issues, so nothing had to be done, because it was perfect. Hope to come back soon, to enjoy this property, road cycling (2-3 hrs daily), and we hit the golf course every 2nd afternoon for a quick 9 holes, or go to the driving range. Very quiet neighbourhood, and private house. Great for group of 6 to 8 people (maybe 10 with children).

Beautiful setting for a get away

Fantastic vacation!

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean and we had plenty of room to spread out. Couches and dining room had enough room for all of us to be together as well. Hot tub was nice. Huge yard with wonderful view. My favorite part was the screen porch.

Water-skiers paradise.

Great location to ski at MC training center. The back yard view is amazing and the pool/spa is perfect. The house is clean with plenty of room for 6 adults. We will be back!!

Sehr ruhige, sichere Gegend.. riesiges, sauberes Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich schön gestaltet und war sehr sauber. Auch ist die Gegend sehr ruhig und friedlich.. selbst die Nachbarn und Golfspieler in ihren Golfcars waren alle nett und haben gegrüßt.. lag vielleicht auch daran das wir einen Pickup gemietet haben und diese uns nicht gleich als Touristen (Standart im Mustang Cabrio) erkannt haben. Der Garten des Hauses ist ebenfalls schön gestaltet.. mit Pool, Palmen, viel Wiese und eigenem Steg zum (Wassersport) Teich. Es gibt da viele Eichhörnchen, Vögel und Eidechsen.. wir haben sogar Kaninchen und Gürteltiere gesehen! Fast wie im Zoo dort ;) Der Billardtisch ist auch klasse.. wenn auch schon etwas abgewirtschaftet.. aber hey.. besser als keinen. 2 Fahrräder stehen in der Garage nebst aufblasbaren Schwimmartikeln und Eisboxen für den Strand. "Leider" war unser Pickup für die Doppelgarage zu groß! Man sollte auch erwähnen das darin aber auch ein Ford SUV (vom Vermieter?) parkt.. aber egal.. man hat eine eigene bogenförmige Einfahrt mit massig Platz zum parken. Die Küche war noch recht neu und natürlich sauber. Auch die Betten waren bequem.. Decken (sofern man Nachschub in Florida braucht) waren auch ausreichend vorhanden. Sue hat uns mal versucht auf dem Haustelefon anzurufen (normal laut AGB) um zu fragen ob alles ok ist.. aber wir waren da gerade unterwegs. Die Checkin Papiere muss man bei Eintreffen ausfüllen, da sie diese bei Gelegenheit abholen kommt.. auch da waren wir nicht da. Den Code für das Türschloss bekommt man kurz vor Anreise. Das Besondere da: es ist kein Keypad sondern eine Lockbox mit richtigen Schlüssel.. und diesen muss man bei jedem verlassen des Hauses auch wieder in die Box legen und verriegeln.. etwas anders als sonst, aber ok. Alles in allem hat es uns da sehr gefallen! Einzig die Lage ist nur "ok" ..man muss schon ordenlich viel fahren um zu den bekannten Sachen zu kommen.. aber dafür ist es auch sehr ruhig.. und die Stadt zum einkaufen / Restaurants sind jetzt auch nicht sooo weit weg. Wir würden nochmal buchen!

AMAZING

this property i high recommend the scenery and the house was just breathtaking . the neighborhood was quiet you can walk out on the patio and just relax and listen to the surround sound inside the house or outside on the patio or u can just enjoy listening to the birds sing early in the morning . Everything in the house works great and it was very clean and well maintained . i well be visiting again
