Relaxing Family Friendly Getaway in Ocean Pines

Our home is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house, with front deck and screened-in porch located in Ocean Pines. It’s updated & modern, clean, and ready for your next beach vacation! The house is on a wooded lot in a very quiet neighborhood and will make a great family vacation home. We cater to families, couples and small groups. If you are looking to party we suggest you look for listings in Ocean City. Ocean Pines is a quiet family oriented neighborhood, it's a perfect place to getaway and relax but not a great place to get rowdy.

Our house sleeps 5 people and is only a 10-15 minute drive from Ocean City and 13 miles from the Assateague Island National Seashore and state park. Also included is parking at the Ocean Pines Beach Club (Memorial Day-Labor Day) on 49th Street in OC (right across from Seacrets). We typically have at least two beach chairs and boogie boards at the house during the summer. We also stock it every year with a beach umbrella, cooler and sand toys.

Ocean Pines also has 4 pools (daily fee), a fantastic racquet center (daily fee), parks, restaurants, fishing ponds, kayak launches, a yacht club, a golf course, bicycle rentals and a craft store. The home is also located within 5-10 miles of outlet shopping, the Ocean Downs casino and many restaurants, bars, golf courses, and amusement areas.

Don’t feel like leaving the house? That’s ok too! Amenities to stay inside & relax include Wi-Fi, games, and HDTV's with Roku. There are also some toys for young ones to enjoy.

Master bedroom: 1 queen bed and attached full bath/HDTV with Roku
2nd bedroom: 1 queen bed/HDTV with Roku
3rd bedroom: 1 set of twin bunk beds and one roll away single bed/HDTV with DVD player

Please note that we do NOT include bed linens. There are some lightweight fleece blankets at the house but you will need to bring sheets for beds, pillowcases and blankets (if lightweight blankets don't work for you). There are some linen rental services in the area but you need to reserved those well in advance of your stay.

Restrictions: No bookings with more than 4 adults or 5 people total will be approved. The 5 person capacity limit is in accordance with county regulations. The minimum age for renting this property is 25. There is a 3 vehicle maximum and street parking is prohibited. We will not rent to guests for "Senior Week". No parties, no loud noise and no illegal activity will be tolerated and will result the immediate cancellation of your stay and removal from the property. No smoking. No pets.
