Situated 50 meters from Paraíso beach, and 500 meters from the picturesque Carvoeiro Beach, I rent T1 equipped for a good holiday in a quiet area. Consisting of 1 twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, terrace with table and chairs, private parking (capacity 2 adults or 2 adults with one child). Cleaning and change of clothes once a week. Prices vary by month! If you are looking for something with these features, do not hesitate, contact for more information.

Coastal bliss

Mathis apartment is perfect for 2 people and well located, short walk to beach and center of town. It is immaculate inside and out. Kitchen is very well stocked and a steady supply of clean towels. Our host Maria, is wonderful.

Charming stay in amazing location

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights at the end of September. Maria greeted us with her huge smile and showed us around the property. She lives in the top half and the rental is on the ground level with a delightful courtyard for dining and lounging. There is space for a small car to park in front. The property has a terrific view of the ocean from the courtyard and it's within walking distance of the main beach and town with many shops and restaurants. Even a small grocery store about a block away. The house, although simply furnished, has everything you'll need and was extremely clean. We cooked many meals there. Maria was a delight and even though she doesn't speak much English, we were able to communicate with lots of gestures. It was sunny and in the 80's every day, but cooled off at night with no need for the air conditioner. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. We did as many locals do and hung our laundry on the drying rack outside. There was only 1 roll of TP and paper towels. Everything else like plastic wrap, napkins, condiments, clothes detergent, toiletries, etc. will need to be purchased at the store. We loved our time spent there and hope to return one day. Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé 4 nuits chez Maria José et c'était top. La petite maison dispose de tout le nécessaire. L'emplacement est idéal à quelques minutes à pied de la plage de Carvoeiro et d'un Spar pour les courses. C'est aussi un lieu de départ stratégique pour Portimao, Lagos ... les différentes jolis plages de la côte.

Amazing place to stay in Carvoeiro!

We loved Maria’s apartment. The location was great and she is a wonderful host. She goes above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. The hot water heater was broken when we got there and Maria had someone come fix it immediately. Maria came in and tidied up while we out enjoying the beach each day. She even did some dishes and our laundry. My only note would be that the beds are firmer than we are used to and she prefers guests not to use the AC at night as the unit is loud. We were there during a hot stretch so it would get a little warm at night. Not a big deal. We would definitely stay with Maria again.

Fabuleux séjour en Algarve

Endroit idéal pour visiter l Algarve et profiter de la plage. Notre hôte Maria José est adorable, prévenante . Le logement est spacieux et très bien aménagé , rien ne manque. Patio agréable où l on peut manger en toute tranquillité. Et ou l on peut rentrer la voiture .. Le linge de maison est changé régulièrement et le nettoyage assuré par la propriétaire.
