Beautiful one bedroom apartment located in Puerto del Carmen old town with a large south-facing outdoor terrace that has panoramic harbour and sea views that is perfect for enjoying the all-day sun, alfresco dining or enjoying a cool drink whilst taking in the amazing sunsets - truly needs to be seen to be appreciated!

The apartment is in a quiet cul-de-sac situated in the heart of the old town of Puerto del Carmen with a private street-level entrance (i.e. no stairs) with public parking available on the street outside.

An air conditioning unit has been installed in the bedroom in January 2020 for the warmer months in the summer time.

The apartment has been renovated over the course of 2019-2020 and includes everything that you need for a fantastic holiday, including: a new double bed, free WIFI, a 55" 4K UHD TV that has English/Irish Freeview and Premium channels (Sky movies & sports and on demand content). The kitchen was also upgraded in July 2019 and includes a fridge / freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, built in microwave, kettle, a ceramic 2 ring hob and all the usual kitchen utensils crockery and glassware. An iron and ironing board is also available and a free safe for your valuables.

The terrace furniture has also recently been upgraded with new comfortable chairs, a new extendable awning for shade and some additional fold-away chairs for any guests that may drop by for a drink and a snack. Blankets are also provided for cooler evenings so that you can continue to enjoy watching the harbour by night.

The bathroom has been refurbished to a modern look in October 2020 with a large walk in shower with a rainfall style shower unit. Additionally there is a new WC, vanity unit and cabinet for storing toiletries. Towels are provided and changed on stays over 7 days. Beach towels are available on request.

The apartment is in a well run complex with a lovely communal pool, including a pool terrace with sun loungers. The terrace has fantastic views over Peurto del Carmen harbour and across to Feurteventura.

The apartment is centrally located less than 100m from the nearest supermarket, with local bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity as well as the best restaurants and bars that the old town of Puerto Del Carmen has to offer within 5 minutes walk along the picturesque harbour boardwalk. The Playa Chica beach is only a 10 minute walk away with Playa Grande about 15 minutes. The apartment is accessible direct from Calle Teide with parking out front and is suitable for those with mobility challenges.
