Cozy brand new apartment next to the center.
It has an area of 60 square meters distributed in 2 double bedrooms, a very bright living room with 2 sofas, one of them is a 1.20 cm bed for private occasions. A full bathroom and a nice kitchen with a built-in dining room. It has Wifi with fiber optics, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, dryer, iron, towels, sheets, bath gel, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.
The apartment is very bright, quiet and comfortable. It is completely renovated, everything totally new, so it is brand new. The decoration is modern and comfortable in all rooms and the bedrooms are very quiet for a good rest. It is located next to the beautiful Madrid Rio park, which surrounds the Manzanares river, Madrid's true lung. Very well connected to the center by metro, 3 minutes walk and 4 stations from all the nerve center, and buses.
