This contemporary-style chalet is situated on the fringes of Troutbeck Bridge and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

4 Grasmere is a beautifully presented lodge is nestled in a Troutbeck Bridge holiday park on the banks of Lake Windermere. It boasts three bedrooms; a double and two twin, sleeping six in total. There is also a shower room and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is a decking area with seating, as well as off-road parking. 4 Grasmere is a wonderful base for exploring the breath-taking Lake District with family and friends. Note: This property has a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £100.

Amenities: Gas heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speakers, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Laundry facilities available on site. Decked veranda with outside dining/seating area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub less than a mile. Note: Due to the site's rural location, WiFi signal can be intermittent. Note: At check-in guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier key pad providing vehicular access to the park. Note: Guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities will need to purchase a leisure pass from reception;£15 per person over the age of 2yrs for a 7 night stay, £13.50 per person over the age of 2yrs for under 7 days (June, July, August ). The pass if for full access to the complex centre, which includes pool, entertainment and access to the bar and restaurant. The pass is valid for the duration of your stay.
