the 5th bedroom is also on the ground floor with a comfortable double sofa bed from ikea.
2 Big gardens with table and chairs where you can enjoy the warm weather also with patio .
tv for you to keep track of those TV series you follow when back home.
The New Kitchen is beautiful decorated and modern with worktops and all the appliances your group will need to cook meals for themselves . big bathroom with amazing shower .

Guest can enjoy the 2 living room with a Freeview television , a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining table which seats 12 people and the beautiful skylights, 3 bathrooms with one conveniently located on the ground floor, , a back big garden with a backyardpatio , washing and drying machine and dishwasher . powerful wireless internet with access across the house. Heating is controlled by a smart Nest thermostat which together with double glazing and central heating ensure that you stay warm. Hot water is on constantly and on demand.
All guests are welcomed equally as the next which means that all linen and towels are freshly washed and the house is cleaned before each check in.
