Updated apartment not too far from Camp Nou. This environmentally conscious apartment strives to reduce the impact it has on the environment by being sustainable and reducing its energy use. To do so, there is not an AC unit but windows are fitted to reduce the amount of heat that comes into the apartment. So please take this into account prior to booking. The building is located in a quiet area within the busy city of Barcelona. This neighborhood in Barcelona is definitely more local and slower, a break from the busy city.

An affordable apartment where all 6 occupants can be comfortable because of the large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. (FOR MONTHLY RENT A MAXIMUM OF 4 PERSONS)

It has a bright layout and is located close to Spotify Camp Nou. A metro stop at 50 meters allows you to get to the rest of Barcelona very easily. This part of Barcelona is very local and calm. On Saturdays, the main street near the apartment becomes a market where local vendors sell fresh food. Enjoy feeling like a local during your stay here!

Remember that for monthly rental it is essential that we have a proof of the duration of stay, either for studies or medical treatment. Without proof of the duration of stay we can not make a contract and we can not rent the apartment.

Guest must climb stairs in the building as there is no lift.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:

All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.

- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.

- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.

- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)

- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.

- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.

- Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 6,05€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
For all reservations arriving from 1st October onwards, Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night

- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.

- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

Arrival between 00:00 and 09:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:59 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
