The Space:

There is one double bedroom in this Italian Lakes holiday home. For couples with young children, a travel cot can also be provided if required. The bedroom is a good size and is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and plenty of wardrobe space, ideal for storing your belongings during your stay.

There is also a modern bathroom, decorated in neutral tones, equipped with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

Finally, this Italian Lakes holiday home has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Double doors lead from the living area to a good sized private terrace enjoying lake views.

Please note that there is a compulsory energy fee of 50 euros per stay which is to be paid locally in cash on arrival.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and private terrace. It also has shared use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi with the other residents staying at the apartments.

The Neighborhood:
This Italian Lakes holiday home is within walking distance of a supermarket, cafe, ice cream shop and a number of cafes and restaurants. Guests can also walk to the boat stop where you can catch a boat to all the other towns and villages on the lake. Tennis courts and water sports hire are also within walking distance.

Getting Around:
Since the property is within walking distance of the boat stop, a car is not essential although having one will allow you to explore more of the area. It is possible to get from Milan Malpensa airport to the village by train or by taxi.
