Brand new modern 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located steps away from Picasso's birthplace, the charming Plaza de la Merced.

The first bedroom features a large single bed with en-suite bathroom, with walk-in shower and outfitted toilet.

The second bedroom features a large double bed and closet space.

The third bedroom features two single beds.

At the end of the corridor you will find a very large bathroom with double sinks and a shower over tub.

Vielen Dank an Steffen und Teresa für den sehr freundlichen/herzlichen Empfang. Das Apartment ist quasi neu, in perfektem Zustand und hervorragend ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut, schöne Teller, Besteck, Gläser und Tassen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine bis hin zum Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, zwei Badezimmer (eins mit Badewanne und eins mit Dusche), das Internet war sehr schnell. Positiv war auch die Nähe zu Geschäften und Restaurants, womit wir aber auch zum einzigen Negativen kommen: der Lärm durch Restaurant-Besucher, Feiernde und teilweise auch Betrunkene hat die Nacht zum Tag gemacht. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen, wenn die Lage etwas ruhiger wäre. Ansonsten würden wir von diesem Anbieter eher eine Wohnung in ruhigerer Lage buchen.

Perfect spot!

Beautiful, large and clean appartment in the middle of Malaga. When you walk outside the door you have several restaurants and the small supermarket is around the corner. Perfect spot to discover Malaga.

Die Unterkunft war für vier Erwachsene und einem Kind perfekt. Sie war sauber und top ausgestattet, Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch. Alles wie beschrieben. Zur Lage: an sich ausgezeichnet, genau im Zentrum, Hafen/Meerpromenade und Castillo de Gibralfaro in 20 Min. erreichbar. Die Gegend, so wie die ganze Altstadt, ist voll mit Klubs und Restaurants, es war also sehr laut und es waren die ganze Nacht Partygäste zu hören. Nicht zu empfehlen für Leute mit einem leichten Schlaf. Dies hat mit der Wohnung aber nichts zu tun. Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und würden sofort wieder selbst dorthin, allerdings mit Ohropax für den Schlaf -)

Great Location - close to everything

This is was great place to stay. As other reviews have said it is located on a street with bars and therefore is loud through out the night. Therefore not great for families but a group of friends it lovely and for light sleepers bring ear plugs.

Apartamento muy espacioso y nuevo Cuenta con tres dormitorios y dos baños. Muy limpio y equipado. Posibilidad de alquiler de plaza de parking. Nosotros la alquilamos dada la ubicación del apartamento en el centro de Málaga, siendo este zona peatonal.

family stay in Malaga

I took my family to visit Malaga because I wanted them to see the city where I studied 40 years ago. Malaga as a city has really come a long way and was a great place to visit. The Centro Historico which is where we stayed was a convenient place to be for all of the activities including beaches and restaurants. The management company did an excellent job throughout the whole process and the apartment was clean and everything worked fine. The location however was right next to six restaurants/bars that were very lively and loud up until about 1 AM everyone morning and then there was a nightclub about 50 meters away that was very loud up until 6 AM on Friday-Sunday.

Fabulous family stay in Malaga

Myself and some extended family stayed in Merced I and Merced III, for a short break in October. The service and communication leading up to our stay was excellent. The apartment itself was beautiful with all amenities needed for a city break. The wifi strength was excellent. The location was also really great, just a few minutes walk to Malaga Centro and not far from the beach either. I would highly recommend a visit here for a family group, or friends. I will be back for sure. Nothing to mention the apartment was great !

Almost perfect!

The apartment is located in the historical center of Malaga where all the lively atmosphere is. Because of its great central location, it can be noisy at night into the early hours of the morning.. we bought earplugs. The apartment is very clean and everything functions perfectly. The only thing we thought was missing was a drying rack for clothes.. we had to get creative. Outside of that we were very happy with the apartment and the hosts were easy to communicate with

Apartment review

Great apartment very well equipped. Good shower comfortable beds plenty of space central location would certainly stay again Can’t really improve but the apartment is a little noisy as cafes nearby . However this is to be expected due to its location so take ear plugs !
