The beach beckons, only two blocks to the south. Though the surrounding area is water-focused, it's a short walk to several excellent restaurants and coffee shops. For an afternoon of hiking, Henderson Beach State Park is only five miles to the west.

The updated decor and color scheme of soft blues and whites creates a calming, sophisticated air. Turn on the TV to watch a DVD or cable, then start planning what to make for dinner. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped with all the necessities, including a dishwasher and a coffeemaker.

Spend time in the fenced yard and deck, soaking in the sun's rays.

A sofa bed is available if you need more sleeping space. Don't feel like you need to overpack for a longer stay - there's a private washer/dryer for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
