Location

Avoca Beach is known as one of the safest & cleanest beaches on the Central Coast. Offering a protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, shady grassed picnic areas and a large lagoon to explore by canoe or paddle boat.
Avoca Beach Surf Lifesaving Club is a modern state-of-the art surf club with a great award winning cafe to enjoy a coffee or light meal while taking in the beachfront views.
The adjoining secure playground has also been recently upgraded with fabulous new play equipment for the young and exercise equipment for the more mature.
Avoca Beach is only a short drive to National Parks & all Central Coast attractions.
The townhouse enjoys a premium Avoca location and is only a 80m stroll from the patrolled surf beach.
All this only 90mins from Sydney airport and 50mins from Wahroonga on the F3 freeway.

Beach getaway from Sydney!

The perfect place for a stay at the beach. Comfy beds; beach styling and interior decor; plunge pool; lots of plates, cups & glasses, cooking appliances, etc.; nice views in a quiet location. Easy walking distance to Avoca Beach and local cafes and restaurants. Plus Avril is an organised and responsive host. Will stay again in the future!

Comfy and Close to beach

Great location few minutes walk to beach, fishing, Avoca cliffs, water activities and restaurants. Had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday - swimming pool, air con and fans, BBQ, washing machine & dryer, comfortable beds, Netflix and wifi. Definitely recommend.

Great house, great location, very quiet.

Park your car and hide the keys....everything is within walking distance.....the beach, the rock platform, the surf club, breakfast, lunch and dinner at a different venue for each. And, of course, that quirky little cinema with the outside cafe! The house is clean, bright, comfortable and cool with cross ventilation as well as AC. Thank you for a lovely Christmas break.

Avoca Beach Hut stay

Our family had an enjoyable stay at the Avoca Beach Hut. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked. The beach was 2 minutes walk and was a bonus to have a small pool in the complex as well. Great communication by the host. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing beach retreat

Great location only a few minutes walk to Avoca beach. This property is ideal for families who want to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway, including outdoor BBQ and plunge pool. Avril is a caring and thoughtful host - we loved our welcome gift of wine and choccies!

Well appointed bungalow in a great location

Quiet and convenient. The ease of walking to the beach was well appreciated as was the pool which was also used daily. The accommodation was well appointed and very clean. The downstairs toilet and shower was great after beach or pool.

Home away from Home

Cosy seaside cottage at the top of the hill where we welcomed by our hosts with with wine, cheese, crackers and Easter Eggs which was very much appreciated. Our family enjoyed the two balconies where we could listen to the ocean and watch the sunset. We all felt relaxed and comfortable and it was well stocked with kitchen supplies and condiments. The beds were comfortable, with quality linen and towels and the shower had great pressure. The cottage was a couple of minutes walk to the beach, cafes and cinema with the shops a few minutes further on and it also had DVDs, games, books and magazines. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy as a couple or with family and friends.

Great house, fantastic location

Nice and clean, plenty of info on the area provided. Portacot with bedding supplied. All bedding and towels provided. So close to avoca Beach, kids park, rock pool and surf club. Would definitely come back to this house!

Great location, great property and communication with Avril made the booking so easy.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Everything is within walking distance. Dealing with Avril was easy, and such a lovely touch to leaving chocolates for the kids. We’ll be back!

Fantastic accommodation, home away from home for adults, families or couples!

My family of siblings (adults) and Mum enjoyed a very relaxing and comfortable stay at the Beach Hut. It has a welcoming and cosy feeling, is neat and tidy, kitchen fully equipped. The beds, lounge room chairs and couch are very comfortable. You have 2 balconies to enjoy nibbles and drinks in the evening whilst relaxing with a book or listening to music. The washing machine, dryer etc downstairs are an asset.! Good communication from Avril, the surprise upon arrival was appreciated. It is in a great location (you can walk to the beach, shops and restaurants), Every item you might need is provided by the owner. The driveway is a bit steep, it could cause access issues but parking on street is available. We loved our stay and would happily visit again if in the area.

Was a lovely house in great location. Was clean, light, bright and airy and kitchen was well equipped. The only thing to note was that the driveway was quite steep so if have big/low car could be a challenge but there is plenty of parking on the street so wasn't an issue. We had a great stay and would visit again.

Very nice place to relax in!

We had a lovely stay at this charming place, easy communication with the owners. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful beach only walking distance away.

Amazing, Amazing Amazing!!!

Property was neat, clean, felt very comfortable. All furniture was new and beautiful! Owner very easy to deal with and quick to respond to questions. Lovely welcome package and handwritten welcome note awaited us upon our arrival. We will be back again! Thanks for your help!

March Holiday

Good location / well appointed . Notified owner first day about poor standard of cleaning. ie. grimy bench surfaces, dirty micro wave , stove top. and fridge Fridge had left overs from previous tenants. Owner stated they would contact cleaners but no further action taken during our stay.

Great stayz in Avoca

What a wonderful relaxing place to stay. The Beach Hut was a great place for my family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) to stay to unwind and relax. Avril was wonderful in coordinating dates and timings for us and a little surprise on our arrival. The Beach Hut comes with everything you could want on your holiday. Perfect location and accommodation. We will return again in 2017! Thanks Avril.

Amazing little piece of paradise

A lovely spot!

My teenage daughter and I spent a lovely couple of nights at the Beach Hut. It was immaculately presented, very comfortable and a great location (and too big for the two of us but that didn't matter!). Would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

Conveniently situated cottage which has all the necessary inclusions for a relaxing Avoca Beach holiday. The cottage is only a short distance from the beach, parks, cafes and movie house. Very comfortably furnished, spotlessly clean and suitable for families with 2-3 children. Equipped with games, books and magazines. Really lovely place to stay. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of bedroom cupboards.
