Beautiful and comfortable home design accented with tasteful, and warm furnishings with Asian influence. The house is ideally located in a quiet residential area, yet minutes away from gorgeous beaches, trendy Atlantic Ave., Patch Reef State park and Boca Raton Mall, cinemas, Spanish River library.

The front door opens to the great room area with views and entry to the outdoor pool. Head to the right to the kitchen, dining room, den and laundry room. Head left to the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops offering plenty of workspace, beautiful cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, flat top stove and wine chiller. Additional stainless refrigerator located in garage. Glass top kitchen table seats 6 and has views of outdoors and is adjacent to the den. Dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 8.

The TV room has a HD flat screen TV with a library of family movies, wii fitness and lots of books and board games. (Internet throughout and Direct TV with NFL Package.)

The Master bedroom has a king bed, HD flat screen TV, his and hers walk-in closets, double set of French doors with views of romantic pool area. Master bath features an double sinks with granite countertop, marble floor, a jetted spa and a separate oversized glass enclosed shower. External door provides easy access directly to pool.

Two bedrooms, one with a queen mattress and one with a full/double mattress both have HD flat screen TVs and desk, chair, and lots of drawer and closet space. Full bathroom with double sink and shower/tub is located between these 2 bedrooms.

Fourth bedroom has its own bathroom/shower can be used as office or bedroom. Couch converts to high end full /double size bed (no springs).

One more elegant guest bathroom.

Step outside and enjoy the lovely landscape with sitting and lounging areas. Heated pool, spa with 12 jets and built-in bar-b-que with sear zone.

2-car garage renovated (air-conditioned, mirrored, TV) with fully equipped gym including universal equipment, elliptical, spin bike, free weights, and much more!! BRAND NEW PELOTON BIKE+ has arrived!

Home is equipped with all the kitchen utensils, pots, pan, dishes, spices you could ever need. Also included are 2 adult bikes, Wii, karaoke machine, beach chairs, towels, blow-up toys for pool/beach, tennis racquets, basketballs, casino chips and poker board, and a piano!

Community is beautiful- all homes are lovely and landscaped. Safe and family friendly. Neighbors are great!

Within community there is a large park with basketball court, 2 tennis courts, playground, and walking paths.

Better Than Advertised

When we first entered and walked around the house our first reaction was that the house was even nicer than the pictures on the VRBO website. We have rented a number of houses in the past and this is the first time we have had this reaction since it usually is the opposite. The house certainly looks beautiful in the pictures, but when you actually enter and walk around you instantly know you made the right choice.The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to take our daily walk. The house is in a very central location since the grocery store, other shopping and many restaurants are all close by. Also, Lisa was easy to work with and very responsive to any requests that we made. We had a great time and didn't want to leave.

Fabulous Boca getaway

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks with a visit from my daughter and we had a fantastic stay. Property was clean and exactly as advertised. Lisa and Troy were very accommodating and welcoming. The home was spacious and had a great gym in the garage. Pool was beautiful and we spent lots of time hanging outside. The location was perfect for us since many of our friends live in the area and there were many restaurants and other attractions within a 15 minute drive. The Colonnade itself was very cute and we played pickle ball on the courts in the park. We will be back!

Family Visit

We enjoyed our family stay at the owner's home. Large common kitchen, table, and den (with TV) was perfect for casual hang out. Also enjoyed the pool with lots of seating options. Neighborhood was safe for walks and convenient to supermarket and other parts of Boca area.

Lovely house in a convenient location

Modern, light, comfortable indoor seating areas and bedrooms, excellent tv’s, well-equipped kitchen. Fourth bedroom is perfect for working from home.. Great gym in garage an added bonus. Wonderful outdoor furniture for afternoon naps. Alarm system. Good neighborhood for walking, near a Publix, and close to excellent restaurants with outdoor dining. Who could ask for more!

Our holiday experience felt like home away from home. Lisa and Troy were superb hosts and helped us in every way possible to ensure we had a fabulous two week visit in their gorgeous home. The house lacks nothing, the neighborhood is safe friendly and in a great location for shops and restaurants. The house has a beautiful heated pool, jacuzzi and outdoor furniture and bbq that provides every comfort and ease. It was truly a memorable and wonderful place to stay. Comfortable, gorgeous and easy. Thank you so much. We hope we can return soon.

Home Sweet Home

Beautiful spacious house in a beautiful community. Great location. Every amenity you need and more. The house is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing in the beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. Lovely landscaping surrounds pool area. The house is furnished with great taste and has a very Zen energy about it. Hosts are very reachable and responsive. We would definitely return.

Fabulous home in great neighborhood.

Gorgeous home, with everything you could want for a wonderful stay. Our group (4 adults, 2 dogs) loved the beautiful pool and patio area for relaxing and grilling, luxe indoor spaces for relaxing and watching TV, fully outfitted kitchen, home gym, comfy. bedroom and bathrooms, beautiful walkable neighborhood complete with small park. House was nice, spacious, great location and neighborhood. Only negatives about the home is that the owners still have their belongings everywhere… it is not a vacant house, and the pool is always in the shade. Owners were super communicative and very nice

Tory and Lisa have an amazing home filled with everything you need for an exceptional stay. Amazing and comfortable home in sunny Florida

This house was everything and more!! This home was cozy and warm. You felt like home the second you walked in! you walk into a bright sunny view. The open floor plan, the floor to ceiling windows all around the house was beautiful! The rooms were clean and immaculate. The kitchen was filled with everything we needed, from cooking supplies to paper towels. The owners really thought of it all! And it goes such a long way when you’re traveling!!! They also had some kid friendly items that were super helpful as well. The outdoor pool was beautiful and clean. All the outdoor furniture and the tables made it so enjoyable to have all our meals outside! We really felt like home being here.

Lovely Home

We had a wonderful 5+ week vacation at Lisa & Troy's beautifully decorated home, which is in a lovely residential community. We particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gym and Lisa and Troy went out of their way to make sure that our stay went well for us. We hope to stay there again.
