Our Killington chalet offers a great combination of central location, very comfortable accommodations, and abundant amenities. We are situated right off the access road: one mile from the base lodges and short walking distance to a number of Killington restaurants, shops, and nightspots.

We have six furnished bedrooms, four remodeled bathrooms, cathedral ceilings in the great room, a game room to retire to downstairs, and a sprawling deck in the back. Amenities include two large HDTVs, classic pool table, a well-maintained 5-person hot tub, BBQ grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and much more.

Regardless of whether for a getaway group of families, friends, or professionals, we're sure you'll be more than satisfied with the whole package the house offers.

Great location

Great location right off the access road with a very well stocked kitchen for big group dinners. Clean hot tub. Plenty of beds and space for people to have their own time. Incredibly responsive host. Highly recommend. Bedrooms do get super hot at night even with thermostat turned down so you will want to crack the windows.

Dated, Weird Layout, Broken Fridge

The house was a bit dumpy & dated, smaller than it appears in the pictures, one of the bedrooms can only be accessed by walking through another bedroom, refrigerator was broken (!!!) and the minifridge wasn't working Cleaning fees are outlandish. Check-in was delayed because house wasn't ready. The place is vastly overpriced and isn't well maintained. Positives: close to Killington, walking distance to restaurants, the owner seems nice

Great location, great owner, not so great amenities, was not clean

Ed was fantastic in communicating when we needed him--which ended up being several times throughout our 48 hour stay. The check-in wasn't great due to the house codes not working, the interior rooms were not as photographed (there were a few beds not made up and one room had stacked cinderblocks and an open fireplace), there was white dog hair on all surfaces/furniture/under the beds, and it was extremely musty smelling. We arrived in the afternoon and had to air out the house by opening windows. When the temperature dropped that evening (to 30 degrees) we were forced to close them and put the heat on. The thermostats had pin numbers to change the temperature--so I had to contact Ed again to get the pin because it was not provided. The basement thermostat pin was different from the main floor and Ed was unable to provide us with that pin so he controlled/set the temp it from his end. When we went to use the hot tub, the cover was broken and would not stay open more than halfway. I had to bungee cord it in order to open up the cover so we could all get in and be together. All in all the best part about this place is the location and the ability to sleep a lot of people. Ed's communication skills were also a huge plus seeing as we needed to stay in touch throughout our brief stay.

Great ski weekend

The house was in great shape and perfect for a ski weekend with friends. The space was clean and in good working order. The location is fantastic - centrally located between the mountain, bars and restaurants. The rooms and common spaces are a little smaller than the pictures make it seem and the upstairs and downstairs is a little disjointed. Most of the rooms have multiple beds so if privacy is important that could be an issue. Regardless the house was great and we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect house, great location, fabulous weekend!

We just returned from a fabulous weekend stay at the West Park Chalet with our catering company over January 28-30, 2022. It truly was the perfect house for our employees to relax, bond and easy access to hit the slopes. We had some employees ski and some went to the spa. The house is so close to everything, the mountain, restaurants, bars - couldn’t ask for a better location. The house was very similar to the photos (they had recently updated 3 bedrooms to queen beds from bunks, which was totally fine - just different than the photos on the website) The beds were all very comfortable, clean with fresh towels provided. Ed was very quick to respond when we had a few questions. The instructions for arrival were very clear and easy to follow. If we head back to Killington next year we will definitely rent this house again!

Incredible location and amenities

My husband and I booked this property for a ski trip with friends. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out. We couldn’t have been closer to the mount and all the fun bars and restaurants in Killington. Communication with our host was extremely easy and everything was exactly as promised. Biggest and most comfortable leather couch I have ever seen. It was perfect to relax in the hot tub or by the wood burning stove after a long day of skiing. We will definitely try to come back.

Comfortable house for a large group

My family and I stayed after Christmas, prime season. The house generally lived up to our expectations - lots of room for our group to spread out in and a great location close to Killington. The house itself was pretty well stocked (cooking supplies, towels and linens, etc.), but we did have to give a lot of the dishes and pots an extra rinse before we used everything. The house is certainly used for high traffic, high volume trips - if you are a group that appreciates a rustic, ski house vibe, this is the perfect spot. One note on the layout - one of the queen rooms is only accessible through another queen/bunk room. It worked fine for our group as we set up a toddler crib in the "hidden" queen room, but might be less suitable if you have different groups of adults that need to pass through one room to access another.

Very cozy place, would definitely come back!

We were a group of 11 friends that enjoyed thanksgiving and rode the slopes for a couple of days. The house is well located, it’s just a 4–5-minute drive from the house to the base of the mountain. The house is VERY cozy and the fireplace inside is wonderful! There was plenty of firewood for all of the days. On the back there is a wooden deck with an amazing hot-tube and great barbecue. Both worked just perfect! There is a game room on the basement and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The heating downstairs wasn’t working properly for the first night, but there were two oil-filled radiators upstairs. We just brought them downstairs, and they manage to heat the place. The owner sent the plumbers on the next morning and they fixed it. The only drawn side was that the dishwasher wasn’t working properly. It only worked for the first day and then stopped. The dishwasher looked old and didn’t smell so good and kitchen utensils were somewhat dirty. But besides that, everything was great! It was fully equipped with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, blankets and towels! We loved the place! Highly recommend!

Perfect Ski Weekend

House was just as described- added bounds of beds that were actually comfortable! House was fully equipped with everything you might need before getting to the grocery store, except food; dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and a little laundry detergent. We still grabbed our own, but it was nice to not have to run out immediately. Hot tub was perfect, held temp great. We were able to walk to stores and restaurants, even in negative temps! No complaints. Ed was easy to reach and available for help if need be. Would rent again!

Great spot to stay

This is an excellent house and location for a larger group. All of Killington's amenities are within a short distance. The house comfortably sleeps 16 and the back deck is a huge plus.

Wonderful stay!

West Park Chalet is a wonderful getaway in Killington. Spacious, clean and beautiful property. Ed was amazing - very responsive and helped with all of our questions. Highly recommend!

House was amazing for our large group

The location of this house is unbeatable. We had a group of 15 and had plenty of space. Everyone was able to get their own bed, which is a huge plus. Walking distance to Mogul's and easy to get to the mountain and back in the morning and evening. For some of our group, it was the second stay at this house, and we would definitely be willing to come back here again.

Great location and stay

Location is right behind the bar/restaurant Moguls and a very short drive to the mountain. Nearly everything else is a short walk away. The house was very comfortable with bed space for 20 people. Great Killington rental!

Great place & great location!

The place has plenty of room and is in a great location! The owner was very responsive to any questions I had and informed us of everything we needed to know about the house prior to the arrival. The house had everything we needed to cook up some meals, plenty of parking and is only a steps away from Moguls Pub. I'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the place to anyone with a big group looking for a place to stay at Killington.

Great Location for our Summer Vacation!

Easily spread 9 people (ages 10-50) across 7 beds in 6 bedrooms during a 5-night stay July/August 2018. With ample space in the kitchen, dining area, living room, and game room, we never felt crowded. Kitchen/dining area able to hold us all for breakfasts. Large back deck was able to accommodate all of us for several diners when the weather was nice (big grill, two large tables, and plenty of chairs). Owner returned call within minutes when I had questions (both oversights on my end).
