SKYVIEW PENTHOUSE (with wood fireplace for cooler months) has a warm baltic country charm (timber featured theme as pictured) & EAGLE NEST Apartment (elegant gas log fireplace) a modern contemporary theme as pictured. Stunningly situated, the Skyview & Eagle Nest Apartments offer some of the most sublime and majestic views in Victoria, stretching Port Philip Bays coastal and city skyline, perfect for that serene and romantic interlude.

EAGLE NEST apartment features contemporary design, including the bathroom with a spa side LCD of course (large double spa); Chandon king bed; large and covered balcony, surrounded by native landscaping. An elegant real flame gas log fireplace and mood lighting for that cozy ambiance and romantic feel. The kitchenette has a small microwave/convection oven, small oven, single electric cooktop and dishwasher, all of a portable nature. A bar fridge, a few pots and pans and basic utensils. Large roofed balcony off lounge area.

SKYVIEW PENTHOUSE apartment features a warm baltic timber theme in a spacious layout with the emphasis on the stunning 180 degree uniterupted lounge/balcony views. Separate bedroom and full kitchen. (Minimal bedroom & spa side view. Smaller corner double spa. A wood fireplace adds to the country style charm. (wood is only provided May - Oct inclusive). Large balcony off lounge area with filtered shade cover but not roofed, so no rain cover. Front entrance balcony and bedroom balcony have roofed cover. BBQ: Not available May to Nov inclusive due to potential high winds/rain & ONLY by request & prior to arrival from Dec to Apr inclusive. So if your not sitting on the private balcony (Skyview & Eagle Nest soaking up the spectacular view, or lazing in the double spa enjoying the sound and vision experience (Eagle Nest), you must be curled up on the leather couch (Skyview Penthouse), enjoying the wood fireplace (cooler months only) or perhaps lazing in the king size comfort of the fabulous Chandon King bed (Eagle Nest).

INCLUSIONS: Eagle Nest & Skyview Penthouse Wi-Fi. Skyview Penthouse has Netflix & Free to air for 2 TV's in the lounge & bedroom (smart TV's). Eagle Nest has Foxtel IQ4 Platinum package on 3 TV screens. (not smart TV's) Foxtel IQ4 has an extensive download library's from Movies to Sports etc. (please Note - Not all 'On Demand' Foxtel movies/programs are included in the Platinum package & pay per view may apply). This is standard to Foxtel across all packages. IMPORTANT: Eagle Nest - There is no HDMI & USB available for your devices. RATES: Eagle Nest & Skyview Penthouse Apartment for couples below.
