OceanGem is truly a gem!!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Ocean Gem. The view is stunning, the house was perfect for our family, easy access to the beach, a ton of outdoor space and a 1 minute walk to the lobster pound! Communication with the owners was excellent and they went the extra mile for us to ensure our time spent was memorable. We really appreciated it!

Ocean Gem lives up to its name

Wonderful, clean and comfortable house directly on the ocean front. When you lose the beach due to high tide, there is a wonderful cement deck with numerous chairs and chaise lounges to continue to enjoy the ocean, the surf and the sun. The kitchen is up-to-date and clean and very well appointed. We loved our stay, and hope we can come back next year.

We loved our stay at Ocean Gem!

We loved our stay at Ocean Gem. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The entire property was fenced in and great for the kids. The location was perfect -- away from crowded public beach. Plenty of parking in the area. Maria was very communicative and called to check-in and answer any questions prior to our stay. We can't wait to go back!

A Great Place to Stay!

Spent a week at the Ocean Gem and would stay again in a heartbeat if the opportunity were to arise again. The location is excellent, the views are stunning, especially sunrises. Located right on the beach so we would walk the beach daily. The house itself it very clean and well kept. The owners Maria and Guy are very accommodating and just great folks. You will not be disappointed if you book a stay here.

Amazing views of the ocean, beautiful sunrises and sunsets

The house was oceanfront, the home was extremely clean and uncluttered, wonderfully decorated. Wonderful experience, would definitely recommend a family to enjoy.

A true gem

Located right on the beach, watch the sunrise out your front door. During low tide, enjoy the beach and tide pools right out front. During high tide, swim right off the steps. There is plenty indoor and outdoor space. The home is well maintained and updated. It is a 5-minute drive to stores and restaurants on Route 1. My mother, who walks with a cane, was able to access all areas of the home and get on the beach from the steps with assistance. My husband (from Northern CA), who is a critic of east coast beaches, loves this place.

The Gem family has been venturing to Wells Beach for many decades! We love it here! As our kids were getting older, we purchased Ocean Gem and now enjoy the beachhouse as a blissful getaway with the next generations of our growing family! We have the best memories in this house! Crabbing, swimming, beach volleyball, BBQs, sandcastles, sunsets and even weddings! Here's wishing you and yours a beach vacation with memories to last a lifetime!
