The first floor has an open floor plan comprised of the kitchen and dining room with a double height ceiling and giant sliding glass doors which can open up the entire western side of the house to create an incredible indoor/outdoor living experience. The kitchen and dining area flow out onto an enormous covered terrace of over 1000 square feet. The living room equipped with a 60 inch flat screen TV and the guest bath are also on the first floor along with a guest room with attached bathroom. The first floor guest room opens up to a separate side patio with sweeping views of the Bay of Nacascolo.

The second story has a second TV room which overlooks the kitchen and dining room with its own balcony in order to appreciate the expansive Pacific Ocean views. There are two guest bedrooms, each a mirror image of the other with attached bathroom. The western facing wall in each of these guest rooms is made entirely of glass in order to maximize the views. The master bedroom has giant sliding glass doors that can open in order to leave the room open on the western and northern sides to expansive open ocean views and a private view of the Bay of Nacascolo. The master bathroom has his and hers sinks, a very open shower, a custom made teak bathtub and great views of the ocean and the surrounding verdant green hills.
