Large family home on private cul-de-sac with 5 bedrooms, 4. 5 baths plus an outside shower. Sleeps 18 comfortably! One Master bedroom suite is on the first floor and the second Master Bedroom Suite is on the second floor. This home is a custom built house with 3 stunning levels. The deck and pool area is fabulous when having bbq's or entertaining.

First floor: Walk in the front door to a beautiful sun room. Next you will see a stunning Dinning Room with a bay window with 2 wing back chairs with a small table. The dinning room has gleaming hardwood floors with an open floor plan. Dinning room has a cherry wood table that seats 12, with beautiful glass build in cabinets. The Dinning room opens to our Family room, which is a massive great room opening to the kitchen area. Living Room and Kitchen have amazing views overlooking the entire pool area and backyard. Our Family room has a built in bar, bookcase, wide screen TV with cable and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace.

Kitchen: Brand new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops. Stainless steel appliances, Subzero refrigerator and center island Thermador cooktop. Breakfast bar seats 4. Step down to our kitchen table that seats 6.
Also on first floor, is one of our master bedroom suites that sleeps 4. This master bedroom has a full bath with a beautiful tile floor, tub/shower combination, a dresser and walk in closet.

This house has an open floor plan and flows perfectly. We have hardwood floors that shine on the first floor. Our home has central A/C with different zones to adjust temperatures.

2nd floor: has a large loft for reading with a futon bed, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and another master bedroom suite with a balcony. This Master bedroom has a TV, its own A/C zone, hardwood floors, walk in closet, Jacuzzi tub with a vanity, and step down into full bathroom with double vanity sink, with a shower/tub combination.
Bedroom 1 (located on second floor) has a queen bed with a built in desk, closet and dresser.
Bedroom 2 (located on second floor) has a full bed and 3 twin beds, bookshelves and a built in wall dresser and a closet.

Lower Level: On rainy days, the kids and adults will enjoy fun on our lower level. Kids will love our rec room with 2 sleeper sofas , this is in addition to the sleeps 18,, and a pool table and a sliding glass door to pool area and backyard.

Bedroom 3, located on lower level, has 2 full beds, a twin bed, 2 chairs and table with beautiful windows and French doors. The foyer in lower level has a beautiful cherry wood table with 6 chairs.

Pool/Deck: The pool Is our favorite amenity! Pool parties every night after a long wonderful day at the beach. The hot tub is a plus and right on the pool deck! Also featured on our deck, is a pool bar and a changing room. It is a Beautiful deck with a gas grill and outside shower. We have 2 patio tables ( one has a fire pit at a high top table,) that can seat 14, the pool bar has 4 bar stools, 4 lounge chairs and a brand new wicker patio set which includes a couch, loveseat and 2 swivel chairs and a coffee table. We have 2 very large umbrellas for shade. We also have 2 high back cushioned chairs with ottomans.

We have a private fenced in yard and more than enough grass space to enjoy a game of kickball or backyard games for the kids.

We offer boggie boards and Beach Chairs. Bath Towels and linens are provided. Wifi, Cable, Dvd player provided. In addition, Mid-week cleaning service can be arranged for an additional cleaning fee (in addition to the cleaning scheduled at the end of your stay).

Cape Cod Ferries are located only 10 minutes away which will take you to Nantucket or Marthas Vineyard for a day trip or to stay as long as you like. Also available, is the Pirate Ship for the kids, Sunset Cruises, fishing excursions or a boat tour of Hyannis Port/Kennedy Compound.

For the travelers who like to Shop, plenty of shopping to do in Hyannis on Main Street or the Cape Cod Mall, Osterville Boutiques or a quick drive to Mashpee Commons. Endless restaurants to choose from in our area also.

For the Vacationers that love to Golf.. Centerville is located Mid-Cape, which means you have access to many beautiful breath taking golf courses with in a few miles of our home. If boating is your favorite pass time, you can bring your own boat (fits easily in our driveway) and launch it from several public launch areas. If you prefer to rent a boat (or kayaks, paddle boards) there are several places to rent or take lessons.
