Lovedly get away home

This is a lovely renovated home with great open family space for dining/relaxing and playing board games. The outdoor space is very nice and location close to the beach. This is a sleepy little villiage so it is quiet. Would be perfect for a young family with little ones as the beach is shallow. Be prepared to drive for cafe and restuarants. The owner has provided many options of where to go for food and activities so no shortage of ideas. The property has gorgous wood floors and is tastefully decorated. Our only negative was the 3rd bedroom could use a ceiling fan like the others.

Qualitu

Every single thing about your home was wonderful. I work full time with 4 kids (and my son has a disability). The home, service, price, inclusions amd location was an amazing g treat for us all. Even the pillows were the best I have ever had in accomodation. Thank you for greeting us with a complete and clearly written guide to not only your property bunt also the location, shops, beaches amd activities and also thank you for popping the aircon on so we arrived and were cooled down. Your attention to detail was so greatly appreciated. This was our first holiday in 2 years. 😊

Amazing House

We have a fantastic stay at this house! The house is spacious, well furnished, and tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the showers fantastic. The house is well located to explore the region. Communication with the host was easy and she is extremely kind (even though I haven't had the pleasure to meet her in person). Cannot recommend enough.

Very enjoyable

Relaxing, restful, refreshing and reinvigorating few days' stay down the coast. It was a home away from home with plenty of luxurious space overlooking a bush park in a quiet neighbourhood. A well appointed, comfortable cottage with linen and towels provided which was appreciated and everything you could possibly need. Plenty of birdlife with kangaroos on the front lawn and all along the street. Tranquil and uncrowded creek and beaches. Very enjoyable.

One of the best holiday homes we've stayed at

We booked this place on short notice with a mate visiting from overseas. We were thrilled to be there and the pics don't do it justice. Modern, light, airy, with all the creature comforts, this is a terrific place for a few families or friends, with a number of little nooks to hang out in. Chuffed to see kangaroos literally out the front/back yard (take a walk around dawn/dusk). Internet is patchy here, but it happens here in the south coast.

Beautiful

The property was just beautiful, plenty of room, everything u need for a great stay! Our only problem was the weather! There was not a lot to do for little children especially when we could not go to the beach, but it is a beautiful area and the house was perfect!!

Great stay for family

We had a beautiful time here last Summer. The beach is an easy walk and it caters to the big kids who are after the surf and the littles who can play in the tide pools near the mouth of the river. The house was a great layout with plenty of space for children and the adults. The two living areas were perfect for lazing about in the afternoon. The property was clean and kitchen well equiped. The only downside was that it was a drive to Sussex Inlet to get provisions, but was okay once we got ourselves organised.

Wonderful in every way.

What a beautiful house. We stayed for six nights during the school holidays and loved every moment of it. Each day we were treated to the company of gentle kangaroos with joeys in their pouches. The lagoon is a five-minute stroll through the quiet seaside village of Berrara, and a short wade gets you on to the lovely beach. At Cudmirrah Beach a two-minute drive away there are dramatic sand-dunes and rolling surf. And our one gloomy day was saved by a 10-minute drive to Sussex Inlet and the delightful old cinema there that shows up-to-date movies. Every day we were genuinely delighted to wake up in, and return to, Down the Coast @ Berrara with its airy spaces, quality fittings and peaceful setting. Susan is a charming host, always on hand by text or email to answer a question. We had such a happy time we extended our stay. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this property.

We have stayed in this very comfortable and clean house several times and I am happy to recommend it very highly to prospective holidaymakers. The location is excellent, the house is well equipped and very comfortable and the owner is accommodating and friendly, but completely unintrusive. An excellent place to relax and enjoy the beautiful South Coast.
