This three + bedroom house which sleeps 6-8 people is only 2 minutes from the Beach and boat ramp, 2 minutes from Cowes. Our house location is in a quite street among established homes and provides close proximity to all of Phillip Island attractions. This house is set up with new furniture, Foxtel, High speed WIFI and all modern entertainment equipment.

Off street secure parking is at the property with convenient remote operated roller door and house access via the garage. The house is also situated across from a park that offers visitors with children a place for the kids to play close to the house and can be seen from the comfort of the lounge room.

The owners of this property have high standards in the presentation of the property and have enjoyed multiple return clients over the years. Winter getaway

We’re support workers taking our clients away to increase their daily living skills and independence both socially and within the community. We all had a great time, the house was perfect for us, our participants enjoyed their stay. This house is great for friends or families, the two living areas came in handy, lovely outdoors areas with a fire pit where we enjoyed toasting marshmallows. Would love to go back, maybe this summer !

Hidden oasis

We have been visiting the island every year for Australia Day week for decades. Carrinya House is one of the best places we have stayed at in Cowes. Quiet neighborhood, peaceful backyard retreat & a modern, clean home. Will definitely be returning if owners will have us again!

Fabulous house with attention to detail

From opening the front door we felt welcomed and keen to enjoy the inside and outside spaces. This home is located is a quiet estate great for bike riding and a playground nearby. We loved all this stay and will definitely rebook. Thank you Paul and Tracy for having us!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Cowes in a well maintained and well presented home. The owner provided a home with modern or new furnishings and appliances. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful and quiet relaxing retreat.

Lovely well provisioned family home.

RA really lovely home to share with our two adult daughters and a partner. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great courtyard sbs a 1km easy walk to a grease beach. Christmas tree in the lounge was a really sweet touch as we had brought presents. Would stay again.

Great family stay !

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property which is spacious and tastefully decorated. We also enjoyed the lovely outside area which had a very comfy & relaxing vibe. Its a nice quiet neighbourhood, but very close to Cowes and the nature park which makes it a perfect location. The hosts made sure we got in ok and were prompt in their communication. Would love to stay there again !
