About this property

Newly refurbished, Coastal Court offers clean, comfortable & affordable accommodation in the heart of the Sharkbay Marine Park. Coastal Court is just a moments walk from the beach, boatramp & fishing jetty, playground, supermarket, fuel station & restaurants .

WE DO NOT SUPPLY BEDSHEETS OR BATH TOWELS..... this is due to low water supply. Please bring your own.
We DO supply mattress protectors doonas & cover along with pillows & slips.

The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, aircon , living and dining area, bathroom with separate toilet.
We are pet-friendly and have a small but secure courtyard at the rear of the unit. Cleaning up after your pet is paramount. You must pick up all doogy do on the property. Pets are not permitted up on beds or lounge. Thanks for considering other guests and looking after my furniture.

There is parking for a boat at the end of the units.
We have a small BBQ. Please leave it clean for the next guests.
Cleaning fees apply if the BBQ is left dirty.
There are BBQ facilities also on the foreshore.

Ver convenient location close to everything. Lovely clean space and the courtyard was great for our dog. The aircon in lounge is not big enough for the unit but fans very ok. Would be great in winter time. Would stay again

Great location

Fantastic location within walking distance to town. Great fully enclosed backyard and pet friendly. Property was clean however a little tired. Would stay again.

Great Place to base yourself in Denham

After recently staying in Denham with a group of friends, my husband & I found ourselves wanting to revisit as a couple. We stumbled across Denham Coast Court & it was pet-friendly!! We booked with ease & Anthea was great to communicate with & gave us the contact details of the person who would do our check-in. The unit was clean & tidy & as described online & photos are a true representation of the property ( maybe actually a little larger than the photos showed.) We had to bring our own linen, this was not a problem. The bathroom & laundry are combined and has a fridge/ Freezer suitable for those on a fishing trip. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make a meal each night. Walking distance to the beachfront & it was nice to have our fur babies with us on holidays, they loved it. We had Kangaroos on the drive at night, and there was room at the rear of the villas to park our boat. I highly recommend Denham Coastal Court to anyone looking for a family getaway.

Great spot and would stay there again. No air-conditioning in the bedroom. Very hot in March so we slept in the loungeroom.

Home away from home.

This property was accomodating for a person who uses a walker. Easy walk to the foreshore and shops. Also dog friendly. Situated in a quiet area too.

Location was great to the main street, it was also lovely to see wildlife right outside our door

Needed a booking at the last minute. Contacted in a timely manner by owner. Easy check in. Pet friendly except my dog likes to eat shell grit in the backyard. Semi permanent neighbours in next unit were so friendly and helpful. Price of accommodation was very reasonable

This property was clean and comfortable. It could do with a new couch as the one there has been broken and uncomfortable for a few years now. But this property has everything you need for your holiday.

Great Location

Great house for a great family holiday. Very easy & convenient. Location was good, short stroll to Main Street with the beach at your doorstep. A little dated but it’s a great place to base yourself & have everything you need. Would stay again!

Easy life in Shark Bay
