Relax and enjoy this modern and comfortable home.

Downstairs features a very spacious open plan living area with pool table, Coonara heater and gas heating, ceiling fans, dining setting for 8, a modern kitchen including dishwasher. Also one large bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom including bath.

There a plenty of games and movies (DVDs)for guests to enjoy.

The kitchen is large and modern and fully equipped with everything you could possible need.

The fully fenced backyard features a huge decking with barbeque and outdoor setting for 8 overlooking a large grassed area.

Upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom/ toliet (ensuite effect).
Bedroom 1 includes a QS bed, tv and split system air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 includes a QS bed and robe, split system air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 includes 1 x Dbl bed with single bunk overhead and robe, split system air conditioning.
Each bedroom has its own balcony.
Linen, towels and bedding are all supplied but don’t forget your beach towel!

At the top of the staircase there is a gate and for the bottom, a barrier is supplied for the little ones to make your stay even more relaxing. A highchair is also available.

There is ample off street parking.

This is the perfect place for the perfect getaway. Summer or Winter, girls weekend, golf weekend, romantic weekend or family holiday this is the house to suit your needs. There are numerous attractions close by including wineries, restaurants, golf courses, hot springs, day spas, shopping, markets, cinema and drive-in, sight seeing and much more!

We really enjoyed our stay and your place was very accommodating and a perfect spot to spend a cold weekend - needless to say the fireplace was extensively used. We would definitely love to come down and stay again !!

Seniors golf week
Lovely large clean house with good amenities and centrally located in Mornington peninsula. Only minor issues - main TV is old and has strange colour, in the kitchen, there was no strainer and no oil of any sort. But these are only minor fixable issues and we hardly watched TV

Great getaway for a family
We stayed for the weekend and had a lovely time. The central living area meant we could hang out together while some played pool and others watched TV or chilled on the couch. The house was clean and comfortable and communication with the host was great.

Great beach holiday
We stayed here with another family (8 of us in total) over New Year and we had a lovely time. The house was very well equipped and the host Juile-anne was very helpful and explained all that we needed to know about the property. There was heaps of room for us all, the place was very clean and tidy and the location was great being between the back and front beach. Would be very happy to stay again. Thanks again Julie-Anne for providing a lovely home for our stay.

A beautiful home, well layed out and with a spacious lounge area where our whole family could sit and play together at the pool.table and with the games provided. Great service by the host and really appreciated that linen and towels were included, unlike so many other places. Highly recommend

This is an excellent property in all respects ie. it's location, amenities, spaciousness, comfortable beds, quality furniture and a very well-appointed kitchen. This was the second Easter we've stayed at the property precisely because it's an excellent all-round package. Julie-Anne is a most obliging host and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

A beautiful quiet property. It was so lovely and peaceful with everything we needed at the property. We worked Saturday so the quiet was perfect for concentration and sleeping. Such a pleasure to stay and can highly recommend.

We purchased this home in 2004 . We grew up holidaying on the Mornington Peninsula and know what a beautiful place it is for families, friends or couples to relax and enjoy all it has to offer.

Why they chose this property

It is the perfect place to spend a girls getaway with a trip to the hot springs and a beautiful lunch at one of the many wineries. A golf weekend is a must with so many choices of amazing courses nearby or enjoy a relaxing family holiday. Travel high above the treetops on the newly refurbished Arthurs Seat chairlift and enjoy the magnificent views of Port Philip Bay. Visit Red Hill Cheese, Sunny Ridge Strawberry Farm or the Enchanted Maze Garden

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the open feel of this house. There is so much room for everyone to hang out together whether you are dining, playing pool, watching a movie by the woodfire or cooking a yummy dinner or enjoying the sun on the huge outdoor deck. You can all be together in the same living space.
