About this property

Beachy vibes right in the heart of Gilbert's vibrant Heritage District in the heart of downtown! All the amenities you would expect in a luxury getaway: sparkling pebble-tech pool, sweeping views, and an easy-to-use home entertainment theater for winding down. Your own little tropical oasis in the middle of the desert!

The space
The space is a tri-level home with a shallow basement, which is very unique for the Valley. Two bedrooms on the lower level on one side, on the other, the theater room with a full bath in between. The main level comprises of a living room and kitchen. Upstairs you'll find another three bedrooms, with the master on one side and two spare bedrooms on the other separated by a full bath. Plenty of natural light on all three levels, but the plantation shutters will leave you the option to completely black out any room if you're trying to sleep in.

Pets less than 20lbs are allowed.
Additional $15 per pet per night will be paid upon check-in.

Great Christmas!

Our family has a wonderful time. Shawn was very easy to communicate with throughout the booking process, through Checkout. The kids enjoyed having their own space and the beds were SUPER comfortable!

Property location was ideal

We were looking for a location in that neighborhood. The property was the perfect location for us. It was a large house on the park nearby family. The house was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, it was not warm enough to use the pool. We had a great time in Gilbert and would stay again in the future.
