Located in a quiet beach side suburb, this stylish renovated 1970's cottage offers all modern facilities with plenty of living space for a large family or group.
La Cote d'Or features a new kitchen and two new bathrooms. With full cooking and laundry facilities, all linen, TV, DVD, video and enough room to comfortably sleep 6. Just a short stroll to the beach and shops and opposite the child friendly Mintaro Park, this is an ideal holiday house for any family wanting to experience the Perth lifestyle without the hustle and bustle of the city.
The interior of La Cote d'Or is stylish furnished with a renovated kitchen and 2 bathrooms. A red gum timber floor and pastel tinted walls create an atmosphere of warmth and style. The open plan design allows you to share entertainment and dining with all your family members and/or friends.


Area Details

The mild Mediterranean Perth climate is ideal for outdoor entertainment; catch a fish from the Indian Ocean, surf the waves, relax on one of the beaches, take a break in one of the many local parks or visit the National Parks like Yanchep or Neerabup in the northern area.
Nearby local attractions include: Hillarys boat harbour, Mindarie Marina, Sorrento Quay, AQWA - aquarium, shopping centres, cinemas, restaurants and national parks, all just a short drive away. Many golf courses are available in the area. Conveniently travel to the Perth CBD by using the train from the nearby Clarkson train station. Travel within 30 minutes to the Perth Swan Valley wine area and visit wineries for great food and wine tastings.

Enjoy an aussie BBQ in the manicured outdoor garden area. This well maintained garden features native and tropical plants like lemon, orange and olive trees. The enclosed garden setup attracts lots of singing birds where the Mintaro Park across the street offers BBQ's and a playground for the kids. It will take you a short 10 minute walk to enjoy the Quinns Beach sunsets.

this stay is perfect for family with pet and children .fenced and plenty of room.
whilst the wasn't the normal survival kit of tea and coffee milk and soap. I certainly found it very suited to a family. The house is set out well and plenty of room to move just a bit worn, but if you had your pet and children this would not be a problem. Easy access. Heating works well. beds comfortable.

Nice quiet property
This is a lovely house for a family get together. We didnt need for anything, the toddlers had a fenced yard, great open living area. The house is situated in a quiet area with childrens playgrounds and local shopping area very close. We would be happy to book this house again.

Photos old different from advertised on web page needs updating. Main bed needs replacing had a awful rubber smell. Main shower unusable faulty shower head. Property needs a make over.

Amazing home from home getaway!
Being a family that uses stayz regularly I can say this is one of the best we have stayed in for cleanliness, location, amenities and exceeding expectations. Tres bon Maison, Formidable!
Interesting holiday let with lots of character. Well looked after by owner and great service from booking till departure. Clean, close to amenities and beach with a perfect park for a walk or picnic across the street. We have had a formidable! time in this Mediterranean inspired home. A tres bon maison....!

Brilliant Stay
Fantastic place suited us well being close to Iga shopping center, park across the street and having public transport within reach was great too. Booking proces very easy and prompt replies to emails and queries. Helpful and friendly property management even prepared to resolve an issue close to midnight.
