Right in town walk to the beach, cafes and shops 100 metres away. You will love this light filled home with views of the sea and township. Soak up thr vibe of the oldest seaside town of Swansea. Or use it as your ideal base to explore the east coast.
Set on half an acre of garden with fruit trees, the house is well suited for couples, groups of 6 adults or families. Tastefully decorated you will enjoy a freshly renovated lounge with wood fire and a brand new bathroom with walk in shower. 3 bedrooms, 2 with very comfortable queen sized beds and 4 bunk beds. Small retro style galley kitchen for simple meals equipped with Nespresso coffee machine. Holiday with your pet with the fenced yard. Boat parking on site. Freycinet the East Coast and local wineries are at your doorstep. 100 metres from the beach, 200 metres from the pier for fishing and the boat ramp, with boat parking on site, 9 hole golf course overlooking the sea in town.
