Pottsville Luxury Villa is a 1 bedroom 1 Bathroom + Living Room, Kitchen apartment with private pool occupying the downstairs portion of a modern home in the Black Rocks estate of Pottsville Beach.

The pool is for the exclusive use of our guests during your stay.

The apartment consists of 1 spacious bedroom with private patio access, courtyard outlook with private entrance, living room, large bathroom and kitchenette. The studio is sectioned off from the remainder of the house. Off street parking.

The bedroom offers a comfy queen size bed, the living room has a TV, small stereo, a 2 seater sofa, work desk and plenty of closet space. There's plenty of storage space and a fully equipped kitchenette to whip up light meals.

There are ceiling fans in every room.

Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio or take a dip in the swimming pool with its tranquil water cascade which is always fresh and cool ....a great relief on a warm day at the beach or creek. After a surf or swim enjoy a warm outdoor shower in the private lawned courtyard area adjacent to the pool.

Only 20 steps from the shoreline of Pottsville Estuary and the beach is only a short stroll, or quick bike ride away. Fish for whiting or flathead in the creek or catch a mudcrab.

The perfect location for everything the Tweed/Byron region has to offer from events - Splendour in the Grass - Blues Fest less than 20 minutes away, and the newly built Northern Rivers Rail Trail - Where you can ride your bike 24 kilometres through beautiful countryside winding through the hinterland villages of Stokers Siding, Burringbar and Mooball. Also a great starting point for coastal bike trails from Pottsville south to Golden Beach or north to Kingscliff. We offer a safe courtyard to park your bikes and equipment.
