Ruhige Lage, super Vermieter

Sehr tolle Lage, Vermieter sehr freundlich, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Concierge tut sich schwer mit Englisch. Sehr geräumig, liebevoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, allerdings etwas überladen und leider nicht immer sauber.

Me,My wife and our friends (1 in a weelchair) have had a nice stay at the house. Everything was clean, very Nice garden, very quiet place. The owner Eric very helpfull and friendly man. We all recomend this house. Thank you very much Eric for the Wonderfull holiday we had.

Entspannter Urlaub in tollem Haus und schöner Umgebung

Das Haus ist wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet, sauber und eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und darüber hinaus. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr herzlich und hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig aber mit einem Auto sind in 20-30 Minuten sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region erreichbar. Wir haben die Zeit in diesem tollen Haus sehr genossen und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Wonderful holiday!

We had a fabulous stay at La Poterie! The house is in such beautiful surroundings with no close neighbours apart from the cows in the opposite field. We were made to feel very welcome and at home by Eric. I have to mention the pillows and beds, they are the most comfortable i have ever slept in! We had a small problem with the door locking but Eric was very helpful and understanding even though we messaged him at the weekend and immediately set about rectifying the problem which was all resolved very quickly. The surrounding area is beautiful, so many lovely towns and beaches to visit. Lots of walks and activities close by. I would definitely recommend La Poterie and we would love to visit again perhaps in the not too distant future. Thank you Eric!!

Wir haben uns als Familie in diesem Ferienhaus wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns in der traumhaften Lage zwischen Maisfeldern und Kuhweiden herrlich entspannen.

Fantastisches Haus in einer unglaublich ruhigen Umgebung

Tolles Haus, super Garten und ein netter Vermieter. Es fehlt an nichts im Haus oder im Garten. Das Haus liegt mitten in den Feldern, nahe dem Ortseingang von Landebia. Keine direkten Nachbarn, bis auf die Kühe, zu Freude der Kinder und man kann sich wirklich sehr entspannen. Baguette oder Croissants sind bei Chez Sam morgens schnell zu bekommen. Der Garten lädt zum entspannen ein. Viele fantastische Strände in 20-25min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Eric ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der sich stets nach unserem Wohl erkundigt hat. Wir waren das erste Mal in der Bretagne und würden wieder kommen. Natürlich wieder zu Eric und seiner La Poterie.

Super séjour

Nous souhaitions du calme, nous avons été servis. Nos seuls voisins étaient de petits oiseaux ou des lapins et quelques vaches. L'endroit idéal pour un bon repos. Une maison très bien équipées avec tout le nécessaire. Un propriétaire très attentif et des randonnées à proximité. Du beau temps et des paysages magnifiques. Que rêver de mieux!!

Oase im Maisfeld

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in Landébia verlebt. Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause und es fehlt tatsächlich an nichts. Die sehr schönen Sandstrände sind bequem mit dem Auto erreichbar, oder integriert in einen sportlicheren Ausflug mit dem Rad. Es gibt zahlreiche Ausflugsziele in der ganz nahen oder etwas weiteren Umgebung. Eine Woche war zu kurz, um alles zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Une semaine très agréable

La maison est grande, belle et très bien équipée. Isolée à la sortie du village de Landebia, c'est idéal pour qui cherche le calme et les ciels étoilés. Et on a pu facilement rayonner sur le secteur : St Cast, Cap Frehel, Erquy, Pleneuf, il y a vraiment le choix (et de quoi faire !) à moins de 30 minutes de voiture. Merci

Tolles Haus in idylliacher Lage und super nettem Vermieter

Wir haben das großzügige Haus für unseren 3-wöchigen Sommerurlaub gebucht und waren hellauf begeistert von dem modernen und geschmackvollen Ambiente, sowie der sehr guten Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man als Familie mit Kindern braucht und rings herum sind nur Kuhweiden und Felder ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Der ebenfalls sehr großzügige Garten lädt zum Grillen und Spielen oder einfach nur zum Relaxen ein. Auch hierzu ist ein breites Spektrum an Ausstattung (Weber-Grill, Outdoor-Spielzeug und Gartenmöbel) vorhanden. In nächster Umgebung gibt es tolle Strände und interessante Ausflugsziele, die man auch mal bei schlechterem Wetter ansteuern kann. Der Gastgeber Éric ist sehr bemüht, dass es an nichts fehlt und alles reibungslos läuft. Er hat sich mehrmals gemeldet und sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Auch die Anreise und die Abreise waren problemlos und sehr simpel. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft mit allem was dazu gehört vorbehaltlos empfehlen und kommen gerne eines Tages wieder vorbei um Urlaub zu machen. Herzlichen Dank nochmal für die tolle Zeit und die schöne Unterkunft!!!

Fantastic house in a beautiful region!

I stayed at La Poterie for 3 weeks with my husband and 2 children aged 2 and 5. In every respect La Poterie is the perfect place. Located at a quiet road in the middle of fields with corn and cows is this lovely house: spacious, atmospheric, modern, light, wonderfully decorated, surrounded by flowers, and provided with all we could possibly need: washing/drying machines, a well-equipped kitchen (with a double fridge), BBQ, bicycles, TV/DVD/bluetooth speakers, the badminton net in the garden, and many more. The owner Eric and the caretaker at the village were extremely kind and thoughtful. The region has so many fantastic things to offer: ancient towns, excellent beaches, yummie (sea)food, impressive castles, musea. We would love to come back and we highly recommend this Breton gem!

Ein Ziel in der Bretagne

Ich habe lange gesucht nach einer passenden Unterkunft für 5 Personen, zur Erkundung der Bretagne. Letztendlich bin ich überfroh, Erics "La Poterie" in Landebia gefunden zu haben. Die Fotos entsprechen exakt der Realität. Das liebevoll und komplett eingerichtete Haus ist ein Mix aus Moderne und Tradition. Es gibt Wlan und einen Kamin, Klimaanlage und fünf Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeiten. In diesem schicken Haus lebt der Besitzer in jedem Winkel. Die Einrichtung ist nicht irgendwie zusammengestückelt aus Resten und Übriggebliebenen sondern abgestimmt auf Menschen, die sich wohl fühlen wollen wenn sie nach Hause kommen. Wir haben uns nicht nur wohl, wir haben uns äußerst sicher gefühlt. Die Begleitung durch Eric vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Einzug bleibt vorbildhaft, ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Die Sprachbarrieren sind eher Grund zum Lächeln...Alles ging und wurde möglich. Er war da, wenn auch bei Ankunft in charmanter Vertretung durch eine urige Madame, die Verwalterin. Sehr nette Menschen haben uns geholfen im Haus anzukommen. Der Ort ist herrlich ländlich mit einer Metzgerei und einem Lebensmittelkramladen. Per Fahrrad kann in exakt acht Minuten ein Baquette auf dem Tisch liegen... Wir kannten die Bretagne nicht, haben sie schätzen gelernt. Das Haus bietet Startpunkt und Endpunkt für viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung, einschließlich Baderlebnis an türkisfarbenen Stränden. Das Haus ist Rückzugsort nach turbulenten Stadtausflügen und Tourismus... Ruhe, nichts als Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit. TRES AGREABLE SEJOUR FAMILIAL EN BRETAGNE

La Poterie ne déçoit pas, c'est une maison restaurée avec goût alliant à la fois l'ancien et le contemporain, elle possède également tout le confort moderne ce qui permet à ses occupants d'avoir la disponibilité nécessaire pour la plage et pour les visites, petits et grands avons apprécié notre séjour de 15 jours sous un soleil magnifique, une vraie découverte des Côtes d'Armor.

La Poterie, een geweldig huis

La Poterie, een geweldig huis voor een geweldige vakantie. Aan een doodlopende weg, tussen de weilanden en de koeien, ligt dit heerlijke karakteristieke huisje. Het huisje is smaakvol en sfeervol ingericht. De eigenaar heeft er met allerlei kunstwerkjes een hele persoonlijke sfeer neer weten te zetten. Als je even helemaal weg wilt uit de drukte dan is dit de plek om naar toe te gaan. Een plek waar je je snel thuis voelt. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zo heb je o.a. twee badkamers, wifi, (af)wasmachine, een mooie goed uitgeruste keuken met een lange eettafel en een gigantische tuin. Lekker om in de zon of in de schaduw onder de appelboom te genieten van een boek, BBQ of borrel. Een vriendelijke huiseigenaar dit per mail goed te bereiken is. Ook mag je in het huis allerlei veel zaken van de eigenaar gebruiken (zoals 2 fietsen, de sjoelbak, badmintonset etc.). Op korte afstand tref je een supermarkt (10 km) mooie stranden (20 minuten), stadjes (Saint Malo, Dinan, Dinant) en andere bezienswaardigheden.

Un havre de paix!

Erholsamer Urlaub auf dem Land

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub in Landebia verbringen können. Das Wetter war sehr gut und wir haben viel unternommen. Verschiedene sehr schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto innerhalb einer halben Stunde gut zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist am Ortsrand von Landebia inmitten von Feldern sehr ruhig gelegen. Es ist sehr geräumig, sodass wir mit 5 Personen gut darin wohnen konnten. Die Ausstattung ist ausgesprochen gut und vollständig, das Haus dank umfangreicher Renovierung sehr sauber und gepflegt, in Top-Zustand mit großem Wohlfühleffekt. Die Buchung war sehr unkompliziert (auch was die Rückerstattung der Kaution angeht), sowohl der Vermieter als auch die Ansprechperson vor Ort sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wer Ruhe im Urlaub sucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Wer nach Ausgehmöglichkeiten sucht muss sich darauf einstellen, größere Entfernungen zu fahren.

Perfect holiday house

We stayed in La Poterie with our three children, aged between 3 and 7. The house is very well equiped and because of the fact that the owner shares a lot of his own belongings (BBQ - Bicyles - washing machine etc), it gives you a very homely feeling even though you are just a "passant". The house and especially the grounds are perfect when you have children, there is space and no neighbours nearby to be troubled by possible noise. The house is furthermore ideally situated to explore the touristic sceneries, cities etc of the east part of Brittany. Last but not least, we really appreciated the warm welcome and the good contacts with the owner.

Wirklich empfehlenswert

HAUS: Mit Liebe und Sachverstand renoviertes, geräumiges, helles Haus mit vielen Fensterflächen; 2 großzügige Bäder, alles sauber und gepflegt EINRICHTUNG: Gelungener Mix - gemütliche Sofas, traditionelles und modernes Mobiliar; Kunst- und Deko-Objekte. Kleiner Hinweis: In den 1,40 m breiten Doppelbetten kann man sich nahe kommen ;) Vielfältige Gartenmöbel. AUSSTATTUNG: Alles Wichtige vorhanden; Betten waren sogar bezogen; ein großes Oberbett pro Doppelbett, aber (zu unserer Freude) nicht im französischen Stil unter der Matratze festgeklemmt; tatsächlich nur französisches Fernsehen (hat unsere Sprachkenntnisse sehr verbessert) dafür freier Internetzugang (wie beschrieben); NEBENKOSTEN: nur Endreinigung (Mietvertrag nur in Französisch; für uns alles korrekt; Kaution kein Problem) LAGE: Absolut ruhig und ungestört, keine Autos, (fast) keine Menschen UMGEBUNG: Strände sauber, nicht überlaufen, freier Zugang; mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen; viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von 0,5 – 1 Autostunde VERMIETER: SEHR (!) netter Kontakt, auch in Englisch MERCI, ERIC, C'ETAIT UN SEJOUR FANTASTIQUE !!!

Très bonne semaine (6 adultes)

Belle découverte que ce gîte au calme au milieu des champs mais à proximité des commerces (bonne boulangerie drive (!) et super U à 10min en voiture) et de la station balnéaire de Saint-Cast (plages, port, golf, restaurants, etc.). La maison correspond bien au descriptif de l'annonce. Elle est moderne à l'intérieur, spacieuse et lumineuse. On l'a trouvée décorée avec goût et originalité. Un bon point pour la literie. On recommande.
