Spend a week at beautiful Boomerang Beach take an afternoon walk beside the crystal clear waters of our local beaches or lake. Now with wood fire and air conditioner for the chilly boomerang nights. Pet friendly.


Bright and airy beach Villa situated in Belbourie Crescent, a quiet cul-de-sac just behind Boomerang Drive. This position ensures peaceful nights but only just over two minutes walk to the beautiful clean sand and pristine waters of Boomerang Beach. Spacious lounge area with all the comforts of home. Now with Smart television and internet.
Modern fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and for outdoor dining, a private shady courtyard with gas BBQ. Sleeping consists of a queen bed in the master bedroom and bedroom two has a bunk bed and a double bed. No linen is supplied.
Please take all linen, towels, bath matt, sheets and surf towels.

Laundry facilities include washing machine and dryer. There is also a carport and outdoor shower.



Spacious lounge area with all the comforts of home - smart television, . Modern fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, stove top and dishwasher. This room opens onto family/dining area. Bathroom with shower.. Outside shower. Enjoy warm evenings outside in your private shady courtyard. Feed the local kookaburras if you like. Gas BBQ and outdoor setting provided.

Family time away
The property has a very nice appearance. We liked the backyard not just bcs we were travelling with our dog but it was also nice to be able to have a coffe/meal outside. Aircon helped a lot on a few very hot days. The host was very responsive and we felt very well taking care off. Thank you!

Comfortable, clean and close to beach
We were so surprised when we arrived at the villa. It is much larger than we anticipated, very clean and has everything one could possibly need. Being able to take our dog was such a bonus! And the proximity to the beach could not be overstated-with a walk through short cut making it so accessible. Will definitely look at staying here again. (Plus Janice was super helpful leading up to our stay, which we booked with less than 24 hrs notice. Thank you Janice!)

Relaxed holiday villa with everything you need for beach break
Villa was in a great location a few min walk to beach, it was well maintained, clean and we got lovely sea breezes in the afternoon. Great little yard for our pooch to lie around in after long walks on the beach. The weather was fantastic!

Close to heaven
The property was better than the description and the location could not have been better. We could walk to the shops and the beach was 100 meters away. All the beds were comfy. We moved in and pretended it was our house for 8 days. Love to stay there again and will certainly recommend. Thanks

Ideal location
Very comfortable villa with lots of room. Fabulous lounges and comfy beds. Nice outdoors for doggies. Minutes from the amazing Boomerang Beach. Janice was so nice to communicate with. Highly recommend this property. Bring a percolator if you don't fancy pod coffee. And a corkscrew if you drink European wines with a cork.

Lovely home
We had a great stay here at boomerang beach. It was an ECL to start our holiday so thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace which was supplied with ample fire wood and sticks etc. Once the weather cleared we were at the beach twice a day with our golden retriever. Good little secure backyard with grass for the doggo, but does back onto the school so he was anxious with the kids about. Overall a great holiday in a beautiful home.

Property Manager was lovely & helpful but unfortunately the cleaners of the property let it down & rushed the job without cleaning properly. Dirty stained tea towels left as ‘clean’. Location was great, short walk to the beach & the actual house was nice & spacious. Great for dogs too with little fenced backyard.

The owner was extremely accommodating and emailed me straight back with any queries I had regarding the property. It was clean, well equipped and a great location. Very easy access to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

My friend and I had a lovely time whilst at Boomerang and the accommodation was perfect. Very quiet, walk to the beach, spacious, modern and spotless. Would be very happy to stay there again.

Lovely property in perfect location
There is no better location than Boomerang Beach - and with this lovely cottage being just a couple of minutes walk away it is a perfect spot for a getaway. The property is perfect for a couple or family with a fireplace, great outdoor area and good dining/family space. It is clean, comfortable and well furnished. We had such a wonderful stay and would come back again. The only (small) downsides is that the back outdoor light does not create enough light to BBQ and eat outside for dinner time in off-daylight savings period. A second light would be useful. The kitchen basics are limited, without sugar or cooking oil, so be sure to pack supplies. And although there is an air conditioner that cools the whole house when on, there are no fans in the bedrooms if you don’t want the air con on all night.

Perfect pet friendly retreat, easy walk to beach
The house is in a great position easy walk to beaches, if you prefer a calmer beach for swimming there are sheltered beaches still within walking distance. The little shopping village is perfect for a coffee.

Cosy cottage within short walk to the dog friendly section of Boomerang Beach (time limited access). With aircon, big tv, nespresso coffee machine, large fridge, fly screens, jigsaw puzzles it makes a comfortable holiday house. Shops at Blueys and Charlotte bay for supplies.

Walk to Boomerang Beach
So lovely to be so close to the beach, literally 2-3min max via the shortcut. House has everything you need just note that some beds are king single (which we didnt know and arrived with only our regular single linen). Lovely stay, secure garden backing onto the primary school.

Great beach get-away
A very comfortable house, just perfect for a beach getaway. Situated in a quiet location yet only a few minutes walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed. The kitchen was well equipped with crockery and utensils to cook up a storm. There is a lovely little fenced backyard with outdoor furniture for a relaxing outdoor meal. Lots of books, games, and videos for if the weather turns bad. Janice was easy to communicate with. We had a great long weekend!
