Linriebie is prime accommodation nestled among two acres of karri forest with adequate parking for cars and a boat. It is just a two minute drive to Hamelin Beach where you can enjoy your favourite water sports and access to a boat ramp. Hamelin Bay is a beautiful beach with many wild life attractions to be seen including dolphins, whales and stingrays.

Linriebie offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (plus an outside bush shower), air conditioned accommodation. It caters for a maximum of eight people with the four bedroom configurations containing a king bed, queen bed, double bed and single, and two single beds. A cot and highchair are available on request. Linen can be hired or if you wish you can provide your own.

It has a fully equipped, modern kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine, bread maker and much more; laundry facilities with dryer, iron and washing machine; lounge room with satellite television, blue tooth sound system, cosy combustion wood fire and reverse cycle air conditioning. It also has a spacious outdoor decking area on which to relax, cook a barbecue or dine.

It is a peaceful and relaxing getaway; just a stone's throw from the vibrant townships of Margaret River and Augusta and their surrounding attractions.

Relaxing weekend

Wonderful family weekend plenty of activities for kids both indoor and outdoor. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Would recommend it.

Peaceful, stunning property a minute from the beach

We stayed 4 nights (2 adults and 2 kids) and wish we could have stayed longer. Only a minutes drive from the stunning hamelin bay beach, the house is on a gorgeous tree filled property. There was heaps of room on the huge verandah overlooking the trees. There's even a tyre swing (which our kids loved) and a fort for them to play on. The house was lovely, super comfortable beds and couches and lots of room. 100% recommend, great for couples and families.

Such a beautiful, relaxing location with a home away from home feel. Steve, the host, has got everything covered which makes for stress free stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely look to visit again.

Easter long weekend

Close to Hamelin bay, surrounded by beautiful old growth forests. Massive house sleeps nine with Netflix, wifi, big decks, great outdoor playground items. Bring everything you need. ClOse to wineries, Augusta and caves.

The house and property was great, plenty of household gadgets and utensils. Great to have a fresh room to relax and enjoy the serenity. Unfortunately the neighbours are a little too close when we turned up the noise early but we respect them and their livelihoods to.

Great peaceful property.

Lovely property, easy to find and very clean. Large bedrooms and spacious living areas. Great patio area and plenty of parking. Early morning visit from the kangaroos. Short driving distance to Hamelin Bay, well worth a visit to see the sting rays. Loved our stay, will be back again with kids and grandchildren. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hamelin Bay. The house was in a great spot, on a large private block but close to the beach! The house was clean and had plenty of room. The swings and boat were also a hit with the 3year old that was with us. We would definitely stay again or would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Hamelin Bay area.

Good retreat in the bush close to beach

We loved the large deck and the gardens where we played volleyball with the black cockatoos in the background. Kids also loved the swings. Peaceful place away from the crowd but still short distance from the beach and Augusta. Excellent communication with Steve, thank you.

Home Away From Home

Quiet and nicely secluded home among the trees. Super clean, great quality bedding and absolutely the most well appointed kitchen I have come across in any holiday accommodation, We loved having the BBQ and deck area and the fireplace was a bonus on the few cold nights we had whilst there. Wifi or cable TV would have been great as we had issues with our data and hotspotting but apart from that thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It really is a fabulous house.
