If a gorgeous mountain view is what you are seeking, then this beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home is what you are looking for. Gorgeous view of Blueridge mountains and beyond. Sleeps 12. All the comforts of home and all the amenities of a resort. 1 king in master with private bath with jacuzzi and large tile shower, all with a view of mountains, sunroom off master with breakfast table and tv. 5 tv's and pool table for relaxing in evenings, if pool or hot tub is not for you..Also exceptional fire pit for relaxing under the stars. 3 other bedrooms with queen, 1 kids room with full and 1 bedroom with twins.
Gunite saltwater swimming pool with hot tub. Again all with gorgeous mountain views. Watch the sunrise from 3 bedrooms or large deck or covered under deck porch and the sunset from pool or hot tub.
Quiet times before 9am and after 10 pm must be strictly adhered to, especially at pool area, due to close proximity of neighbors.
This home is close in for last minute items and close to many wineries/vineyards, Helen, Clarkesville, Dawsonville Outlet mall and Hwy 985.

This is a residential area,, so we respectfully request no more than 5 cars in drive and no pooches, unless previously arranged.
Also we do not rent to ages 25 and under unless serving in our military or other servitude capacity.

Perfection!

This is by far my favorite home that we have ever rented! The home is enormous! All of the beds and bedding were super comfortable! The home is so uniquely laid out. This is not a house it is a home. There are cozy touches all over the home. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The kitchen is fully stocked with wonderful pots, pans, and dishes. Mrs. Patricia was so easy to work with and so sweet! You will not regret renting this home! I wanted to pack it up and move it home!

Beautiful home near Cleveland, Ga. Big enough for our family of eleven. Close to Helen, Ga, Babyland General, and several hiking trails. The home had a beautiful pool that my family enjoyed. Restaurants aee cluee.

Long Weekend Getaway

The house was perfect for our family and another family. The kids had a blast in the pool all day everyday. Having a coffee on the back deck looking out over the mountains - hard to beat. The owner reached out proactively prior to stay passing along her contact information. We would stay here again - especially the kids as already asking when we would be going back.

Lovely house with a great view!

We stayed here for a team building retreat for our small company. This house was perfect for us! The view from the back porch was beautiful and we enjoyed having both the pool and hot tub. Would stay here again!

Great location for family get away

We took our 3 children and their families. There was room for everyone with plenty of places to hang out. The pool was a huge hit. Beautiful views and everything we needed.

Senior Trip

We had a great time staying at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and playing pool. We had a great time tubing and exploring Helen. We also took the hike to Anna Ruby Falls. It’s beautiful. It was a great getting away.

Absolutely Beautiful Inside & Out!

Family trip to celebrate our Mother's 81st birthday - everything was perfect and just as described. Property was beautiful, lots of room, mountain views were amazing - we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed pool, hot tub, fire pit and everything! Definitely recommend and plan to return!

Mossy Creek Wedding stay.

Our trip was fantastic. Patricia our Host was excellent. She kept us up to date on all of the amenities of the house which was a wonderful home. The mountain views are breathtaking. we highly recommend this place if you have a large gathering with family or just friends getting together to do wine tours and visit Helen this is the place to be.

Scenic and Relaxing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our annual Family all Gal trip to the Georgia mountains! The house was very comfortable and clean along with offering a relaxing pool and gorgeous Mountain Views from the deck. Our host was very accommodating and eager to please! I can highly recommend this property for a trip to Helen, Cleveland, Clarksville , Dahlonega and Dawsonville. You will not be disappointed!

You couldn't ask for anything more than this property offers for the area. The views, pool, hot tub, and an amazing house are great for small or large groups. It's basically 2 homes in 1 with all the other amenities. Patricia was a wonderful host and we will definitely be visiting again, hopefully very soon.

Amazing Getaway!

I had seen this property some weeks back and since then was in touch with Patricia. She is very response and supportive of any special request you may have for her. Amazing Place to Stay

First off, the place was massive. There were 4 couples staying here and you would’ve been able to go the entire time without seeing anyone. Rooms were spacious, beds were extremely comfortable and the views were spectacular. Patricia was a delight to communicate with and extremely helpful and accommodating. If I’m ever in the area I will certainly look here first as well as recommend other to. Could not have been a better experience.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view is beautiful. The house was centrally located to all the activities the family wanted to participate in. However, the house is full of antique furniture and breakables. In fact, we did break a lamp in game room; but the owner was very understanding and nice about it. The house was clean, but the grounds around the pool needed a lot of work. All in all we enjoyed out stay very much.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves, however the decor needs to be updated and decluttered for a more comfortable stay. Patricia was helpful and answered our questions promptly. The house has plenty room but every space is filled. Our family described it as staying at grandmas. The views are beautiful.

VIew does not disappoint!

We enjoyed our stay at the mountain top home. The view was beautiful. The breakfast nook had an amazing view for breakfast. Note to owner, would make a perfect place for a built in booth/banquette to maximize the seating capacity and the view! Kids enjoyed the pool and hottub, even in the cold weather. Plenty of room to spread out. Lots of sleeping places. Close to Helen, 15-20 mins, depending on traffic. Firepit was one of our favorite spots. Hope to stay again soon!
