Located just outside Torquay at the start of the Great Ocean Road in a tranquil rural setting, Bells Estate is an ideal location to relax and enjoy the facilities or to explore the many attractions that the Great Ocean Road and Surf Coast have to offer.
The villa features a fully self contained kitchen, spa bath, a wood heater, reverse cycle air conditioning, and the main bedroom patio with valley views. Quality toiletries, linen and towels are supplied.

- Self Contained Cottage Style Accommodation
- Indoor solar heated Pool ( seasonal )in dedicated building

- A peaceful parkland setting on a 10 acre site
Bells Estate is 5 minutes drive from surf shops, cafes and restaurants at Torquay, 5 minutes from beaches at Bells, Torquay & Jan Juc and is located next to a winery with cellar door, café ,and many nearby surf coast attractions.
This cottage is not pet friendly. The large 2BR Villa (bush garden ) is the only pet friendly one.
