Drive 30 min south to Augusta/Cape Leeuwin light house and return on Caves Rd to visit the caves and Karri Forest. Drive 30 min north to Yallingup/Busselton/Dunsborough. A leisurely 10 minute drive west to Prevelly/Gnarabup beach, home of the famous Surfers Point and great swimming beaches.
Vasse Felix and Cape Mentelle wineries are a 5 minute drive, Leeuwin Estate and Voyager are 8 Minutes away, with a host of other wineries within 15 minute drive.

Short stay in Nargaret River
The apartment is well located but on a busy road making traffic noise an issue for us in the morning and early evening. Amenities were good with everything we required for our stay and the apartment was comfortable.

Comfortable convenient apartment
We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It's in a great location in town - fairly quiet but close to everything. The apartment itself is nicely appointed and had everything we needed. It's worth noting that the apartment is on the first floor with no lift. This wasn't a problem for us, but imay not be suitable for people who find stairs difficult or who have a lot of luggage.

A convenient 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment steps from the main street
The apartment is in a block of 4 mere steps from the Main Street of Margaret River with super easy access to a range of restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets and liquor stores as well as the local village market on Sundays.It is in a block of 4, all with a central access through a steep staircase (don’t bring a suitcase). This does make it quite noisy at night if 4 sets of neighbours aren’t considerate and slam the stairwell door.The kitchen was reasonably well stocked with crockery and utensils although could do with a couple more wine glasses. It was so kind of Simon to have it stocked with food wraps, dishwashing and laundry supplies.We had no urgent needs but Simon was timely and helpful with communication.

Uptown Apartments
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the owners have thought of everything, for a comfortable stay. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and toilet paper! Perfect location with great coffee at The Farm cafe downstairs.

Lived up to expectations with a beautifully presented and well appointed apartment. Clean and comfortable unit with everything you need for a short or long stay. One street back from the main town so easy access to shops and restaurants. A nice balcony to relax and reflect on a days exploring and a great spot to enjoy local wines.

Uptown Apartment
Loved the central location of this apartment. Easy to walk to shops and cafes in Margaret River. A great base to visit local wineries, galleries and other tourist spots. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The check in procedure was simple with very clear instructions. Highly recommend this apartment.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Sensational location for spending time in and around the township and a base for exploring further afar. The apartment was clean and well laid out. I couldn't find fault with the apartment. It is only logical that there is some traffic noise associated. It goes with the location.

Uptown is probably the best placed accommodation of it's type in Margaret River . We are frequent visitors to " Margs " and " Uptown would be the pick off all the places we have stayed . It is spacious , clean , well fitted out an in a good location with an excellent balcony . BUT ; The one area for improvement would be the beds . We only slept in the "second" bedroom because we thought it would be quieter but the beds in both rooms are too low and too small .
