The flat is located in the best part of Colombo, surrounded by the top restaurants and hotels. Beira lake is behind, Cinnamon Grand on the right.

The Galle Face beach is just 10 minutes walk away from the building. The famous Mount Lavinia beach is just 30 minutes ride away by train.

Getting Around

Public transport:
Fort railway station 5 minutes walking, Bus stop 1 minute walking
Three wheelers available all the time
AC taxis available on call.
5 minutes taxi ride to the Colombo Fort area (for the Dutch Hospital Precinct and other tourist areas).
35 km (about 60 minutes) drive to Bandaranaike International Airport (main Colombo airport).

Other Things to Note

Electricity bill is included up to a reasonable usage of USD 10 a day. Anything above that will be charged according to meter reading at a cost of USD 0.25 per unit. Meter reading is done at check in and out.
