For the business or leisure traveller this modern light and bright apartment offers open plan living with access to private entertaining area with outdoor setting and electric BBQ.
Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), gas hot plate & electric oven, microwave. Fully equipped laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, full size ironing board and iron. 2 bedrooms with either a king and a queen bed or a queen and 2 single beds.
3 way bathroom with separate toilet/vanity/shower & Bath area. DVD player and free Foxtel .
Centrally located not far from CBD, shops, supermarkets making it an ideal place for your stay.
Double garage with internal access to the apartment.
All linen and towels are provided.
Porta cot and highchair available free of charge upon request (subject to availability)

Perfect stay
Everything was excellent. We had booked an other of Carol’s apartments but before we arrived she told us there was an issue with it and asked us to swap to this one. Everything was seamless. In addition, Qantas changed our flights so we arrived a day late. We informed Carol beforehand and she reimbursed one night’s rental. Fabulous gesture. She sent us restaurant recommendations and they proved to be excellent.

Amazing getaway
We had a very relaxing and a perfect getaway - very neat and clean. Our 2 year daughter enjoyed playing outside. 10 out 0f 10. Having a perfect place to stay made our holiday extra special. We highly recommend Thank you Stoeckeler Family

We absolutely loved this beautiful sparkling new apartment and will book again. Spacious, clean and modern and a short walk the the blue lake. Carol is lovely to communicate with.

Wonderful Host
Beautifully kept, secluded and quiet house close to the centre of town. Beds were amazingly comfortable and the supplied kitchen was more than adequate for our extended stay. Carol was perfect. her communication was regular and prompt. She was always very courteous and helpful, and accomodating of our requests. We have already booked with her again for the new year and would happily recommend her properties to anyone.

Excellent Property!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at City One Apartment in Mt Gambier, thanks to Carol for providing plenty of info prior to our arrival. The unit is in a great location, close enough to the town but away from the highway and is set up with quality fittings and linen. The kitchen is very well equipped, making you feel right at home. There is plenty of room to move, ample parking and the double garage was very welcome as it poured rain on arrival. We will return for a longer stay.

Excellent property and location
We were impressed with the location and property. The property was so clean, comfortable and well presented. The location was only a short walk from the supermarket and local pub and central enough to get in and out of town. We would definitely go back and recommend it to others.

The property we stayed is good?clean and with a good size for 4 of us. But the location is not as close to CBD as the one we initially booked. If you are travel with a group of you and don't mind of the location, this property is definitely recommended.

Highly recommended!
We wanted a base for a recent 2 night stay in Mount Gambier that gave us the flexibility to walk into the CBD and also drive out from. We found the accommodation here to be fantastic and just perfect for our needs. The apartment is in a fantastic location and was spotlessly clean. We'd highly recommend this to anybody!

Fantastic accommodation
This apartment was fantastic for a family of 4. It had all the facilities needed and if you want to cook, the kitchen is full of quality cookware and utensils. Having a double garage with a door access directly into the property made it easy to unload the car even when it was pouring with rain.
