Excellent séjour !!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de famille. Quartier très calme et très agréable. La maison est confortable avec tout le nécessaire et les moustiquaires indispensables. Les nuits sont très chaudes en été et la climatisation aurait un plus. La propriétaire est très aimable tout comme l'agence qui nous a accueilli avec un grand professionalisme. La région est magnifique !

La casa está bien , es la única de toda la zona que no tiene piscina, tp tiene TV ni a/a. La zona está alejada de la playa y necesitas el coche para todo. La casa es lo que es y relación calidad precio está bien , las casas con piscina cuestan el doble. El terreno es enorme y k teanquiladas es inmejorable.

Séjour sympa dans une modeste maison
Malgré quelques désagréments (literie remplacée) rapidement pris en compte par l’agence, nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le prix de la location est tout de même élevé compte tenu de l’absence d’une piscine, d'équipements modernes et d’internet. L’arrivée de l’eau chaude est fortement perturbée par l’utilisation simultanée des points d’eau. Autre détail, la plages ne se situent pas uniquement à deux ou trois kilomètres de la maison contrairement aux informations figurant sur le site. Globalement, nous sommes satisfaits par notre séjour.

Formidable !
Magnifique "petite " maison typique du Sud de l ' Espagne. Au calme avec un grand jardin très bien aménagé à l abri des regards. L intérieur est très bien équipé. La terrasse est agréable. Le tout dans un quartier résidentiel à moins de 10 mn en voiture de toutes commodités et des principales plage, criques, ou panoramas époustouflants! Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour. nous recommandons.

Location fonctionnelle et très agréable
Sejour du 21 Mai au 28 Mai 2016 Petite maison bien équipée et confortable, avec un beau jardin et de la place pour garer un véhicule. Région et bord de mer superbes, ce qui change agréablement des sites bétonnés un peu plus au nord. A visiter absolument. La gastronomie n'est pas en reste avec, en particulier, le restaurant niché sur la falaise du cap de la Nau, ou l'on déguster poissons et paëlla (De la terrasse, superbe point vue sur la méditerranée). Sans compter le soleil omniprésent à cette époque, le séjour est dès plus dépaysant et agréable. Commerces et plage, au centre ville, a moins de 2 kilomètres. D'autres plages agréables, mais un peu plus peuplées, à Denia (à une dizaine de kms). Un peu plus loin (100 kms) ne pas manquer la visite d'Alicante. Mehdi

Gîte sympathique dans quartier calme
Jolie maison agréable et fonctionnelle agrémentée d'un beau jardin exotique grillagé avec pelouse et un grand portail (aucun souci pour les jeunes enfants!) Le quartier est calme et les voisins discrets. La propriétaire sympa et à l'écoute; les chiens sont acceptés. Les plages ne sont pas loin (environ 2 kms) et grandes surfaces (magasins) à proximité. Très bon séjour: on vous recommande ce gîte!

Une petite maison bien chaleureuse.
C'est une maison très agréable, fonctionnelle et confortable agrémentée d'un beau jardin dans un quartier calme où nous avons pu nous reposer pleinement. C'est un véritable havre de paix. Très bien située, cette maison est à quelques kilomètres seulement du centre ville, du port et de la plage. De plus, la région permet de nombreuses escapades et visites, les randonnées sont nombreuses et la Méditerranée est magnifique. La propriétaire nous avait conseillés sur les nombreuses visites à ne pas manquer dans la région.

Maison très agréable dans une ville superbe
Petite maison sans prétention mais affichant un confort très correct (nous étions 2 adultes et 1 enfant). Jardin super agréable et dépaysant, grande pelouse idéale pour notre fille ... sans se soucier des risques de la piscine comme dans toutes les maisons du quartier ! Le coin est juste superbe : plage, promenade en bord de mer, criques, et du soleil! Je recommande viviement, en plus la propriétaire est française et super sympa
