The Oceanfront

You must come and visit us. The location offers absolute oceanfront. There are sweeping views up and down the East Australian coastline up to Warden's Head, Ulladulla and down through to Bawley Point. AND we now have a glorious Pool and Spa for you to play in right on the Oceanfront!!

This 5 bedroom house has large backyard for entertaining on the cliff top overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Relax from the moment you arrive! and enjoy the experience of a beach holiday without the crowds.

There are three large decks, two upstairs and one downstairs. Each deck area has a complete outdoor dining settings and the front deck also has an outdoor lounge set with cushions and a BBQ for entertaining. The three decks cater for the days when the wind is blowing on-shore.

The kitchen is a chef's delight with a double oven on hand and the modern conveniences at your fingertips. This stylish,spacious beachhouse boasts all the modern conveniences.

You can relax in the master bed-room which has ocean views and a large king size bed to rest yourselves in. you will s spot the dolphins and whales as they scoot past your bedroom windows.

Take a walk in the nearby heathland reserve for walking tracks and birdlife galore.
3 minutes walk to the newly refurbished Ex servos club and 5 minutes into Ulladulla township.

Sleeps up to 10 people-5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living areas.

We provide covers, sheets, bath towels and T-towels. All you need to bring is your own beach towel

Incredible house - perfect for a unforgettable holiday!

10/10!! From the moment you walk in the door this property is unforgettable. The spectacular views across the headland and up the coast and towards the lighthouse. Surfers at all times of the day, we were lucky enough to see dolphins surfing the waves too!! The house is extremely well designed for a few families, kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and the pool, spa and fire pit are perfect for relaxing afternoons especially with young kids! We will be back, I highly recommend this property. Thank you to host Santi who was so engaging, welcoming and added extra touches that made our stay spectacular!

Family holiday

Excellent, exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable and well equipped property. We were lucky enough to see dolphins 3 night during our stay from the balcony. A great place for a family holiday!

Private Oceanfront Oasis

We relaxed the moment we stepped through the front door. Lots of family friendly activities and facilities to use, we found just enjoying what the property had to offer was amazing. Resort style pool, spa & entertainment areas were incredible, not to mention the view ! Just wow !

Perfect View

This lovely home was perfect for our family getaway. The home was very comfortable for our stay and the pool was amazing! The views kept us entertained with sea eagles, dolphins and boats a daily occurrence. Thanks for such an easy and relaxing getaway!

Exceptional property in perfect location

From the moment we opened the door the view through the home to the pool and ocean was breathtaking. The house was spacious , beautifully presented and clean with more amenities than we knew we needed. The home had so may areas spend time with our family and enjoy the location as well as the property. We felt relaxed and totally catered for all our wants and needs. The pool and spa area was very well appointed with great space. We spent great family time around the amazing fire pit area toasting marshmallows. We have booked the property again can't wait to come back and felt totally taken care of by the property host.

Jaw dropping property!!

This property blew our minds and was even better than we imagined it was going to be. I have never seen such spectacular views as we did here and you could stay in the property without leaving for 2 weeks and not so the same thing twice. It has been set up beautifully, thoughtfully and with the guest in mind. You will not regret booking this!!!

Amazing property and host.

The property is amazing gorgeous views pool and spa were great especially the spa as the weather was a little cool. Hosts are so easy to deal with and provide a lot of basic amenities. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely Beautiful

We had the most wonderful time at the property. The photos don't do the property justice, it's spacious and worked fantastic for us as 2 families staying. The multiple decks meant we could move from one to another when needed due to the sun or wind. Dolphins were seen every day from the deck. The pool was crystal clean as was the spa. We did not get a chance to use the firepit as we were concerned on the wind but we would love to come back and spend time here again. The host Santi answered all our questions so quickly and was so helpful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great holiday home for the perfect getaway

This property is great if you want to relax by the beach or the pool. The Pool and spa are great and kept us entertained for ages... the fire pit is fantastic and the view from almost every room is magnificent! The amenities were great and there is lots to do. We had a couple of issues during our stay (cleanliness related) and they were addressed well with the owner and maintenance people but really put a dampener on our satisfaction with the house. not what we would have expected from a property of this caliber. A real shame as it could have been perfect.

Ulladulla Oasis

We had a wonderful week at The Oceanfront. Upon arrival everyone’s reaction was WOW. The house was very clean, had an extremely well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds, loads of outdoor furniture on all decks & poolside & lots of extras like bikes, pool toys, table tennis etc. Santi’s communication prior to arrival was fantastic. Wonderful experience

This is such a beautiful house overlooking the ocean at Ulladulla, the views are to die for. We felt like we were on holiday in Bali. It has everything you could want and the spa, pool and firepit were such a hit. It's so close to town also and you can walk to the ex- servos club for a drink! Beautiful Bush tracks on the headland next to the house too and a path to the beach below. We had such a wonderful time and was the perfect experience for our Mum's 70th Birthday. Santi the host was amazing and so helpful and accommodating. We would love to return.

What a gorgeous house! Luxurious pool & spa with the most amazing view. Whoever ‘sculpts’ the grass landscaping around the fire pit and pool is a master. Multiple decks and seating areas for all weather and times of the day. Games galore. Enjoyed the crushed ice making fridge too. Quiet. We watched pods of dolphins surfing the waves in formation from the deck every single day! It is a 2 minute walk to great bush/heath walks where we saw glossy black and yellow tailed cockatoos. We had a great holiday. Thanks Santi.

Beautiful property and location

We had a lovely week at the house, it was immaculately clean, with EVERYTHING you need on hand, superb location, pool and spa were beautiful!! Owner is super friendly and extremely helpful, and prompt in replying, would highly recommend!!!
