Short Family Break
We had to get away, preferably by the beach. Last minute booking. Had a few things that we had to ask the owner who responded in under 5 minutes, and sorted everything out.Would come here again.

Location is great
Property was nice as described. It is located within a dhort walking distance from town centre, the lake and other beaches. Bed linen was provided but not towels. Please bear in mind to bring your own. We enjoyed our stay despite the terrible weather. Shops are restaurants are in close proximity to the unit. Unit had everything we needed.

Late night parties neighbours
Not happy with the late night neighbours. Loud noises and music sounds kept on until 3:30am. SMSed the property manager at 1:00am to notify. No response. Phone call at 1:30am with no answer. Got SMS from management in the morning at 8;45am telling me they are sorry to hear that and I should call the police. I came to get rid of the work pressure. Instead I had more pressure. Kindly advise the management to be more active in future.

Right in front of the beach, clean and tidy little unit, could see and hear the waves from the living room. Electric cooktop didn’t work for us. Everything else was great. Would come back again

We enjoyed our stay as the beach views in the morning was beautiful and the property was central to the beach, rock pool and the shops. The property was well equipped with all the necessities and the property host was wonderful to communicate with.

Nice area
The unit was clean and well equipped. No aircon but the small heater warmed the area well. The parking spot was very tight for a medium to large car. Hot water was a little hit and miss at times.

Comfortable but basic
Limited water view out to sea between 2 buildings. Limited linen provided - no floor mat or hand towels in bathroom and no top sheet on bed. Initially no heater was provided but cleaner was called and she removed heater from locked cupboard - this was disappointing as it was the end of autumn when we stayed. Large fridge, recliner lounge chairs and kitchen were good. Coffee machine provided but no pods provided. Provision of additional linen and other items could improve stay experience.

The view and location are a win. The place was clean and tidy in arrival. The owners were polite and pleasant to interact with. The only let down was the linen and beds. Only 4 towels were supplied, no bath mat, face washers or hand towels. The towels were a little thin. The sheet design suited the unit but unfortunately felt synthetic and no flat sheet, just a doona. We found that we overheated and sweated. The matresses and pillows did not lead to great sleep. We ended up enjoying a full day then left early to sleep the second night at home. With a few small changes this place would easily be a 5 star recommendation, currently 2.5

Great Weekend Getaway
My girlfriends and I had a great weekend getaway at Sargis's place. Check in was easy, location was great, and property matched the photos. There was a slight hiccup with the shower but Sargis made himself available and resolved it. He was a great communicator, prompt and went above to make our stay even better by giving us a late check out. Thank you Sargis for hosting us, we really enjoyed our stay!!! Highly Recommend AAA +++++

Great location
Overall the unit was very good modern kitchen, new appliances. Unfortunately it was a wet weekend and not having a clothes dryer or hair dryer was disappointing. The floor looked clean but was quite gritty and the fan in the second bedroom was very dusty, I cleaned it but it needs a thorough clean. The beds had no top sheets which meant we had to take doonas out of covers as it was too hot and its a shame the windows in the bedrooms could not be opened. We enjoyed our stay.
