Coming to the South of France? Our central Cannes apartment is the perfect spot
This 3 bed-roomed apartment , which sleeps 6, is located on the first floor with lift of a 19th century building. It is large (85 sq mtrs), was refurbished in October 2007. Ceilings are high, each room has an original french door or long window. There are two balconies , one south facing, the other north facing. These features, combined with reversible air- conditiong ensure an airy, light filled comfortable apartment. All the bedrooms are large and can be used as twins or doubles. The living area is big and comfortable, the dining area has large table with seating for six. The main bathroom is large, there is also a separate 2nd WC with shower.
The kitchen has an induction hob, full oven and grill. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and multi-function microwave as well as the usual small kitchen appliances.
I also supply a travel cot free of charge.

Explore the Cote d'Azur: Cannes is an ideal base to do some exploring. Hop on the train to Monaco, Menton, even the Italian Riviera. For the serious walker there are a number of graded, sgnposted walks a short distance but another world away from sophisticated Cannes.

Maybe you would prefer to relax on the beach, only 3 minutes away. You can avail of our 3 comfortable beach chairs & our 6 beach mats that are there for your use.

There are at least three golf courses within a 15 minute drive of the apartment. It is possible to swop the beach in cannes for skis in one of the ski resorts, a journey that takes 90 minutes from Nice by puplic transport. Very reasonable daily rates are available that include ski passes.

spacious and in the center

The appartment is really spacious and its location is absolutely great. The independent air conditioning of each room is also very usefull in summer and a super help. The kitchen is very well equipped. We used the dish washer daily with 4 persons. The state of the bathrooms did not match our expactations (with mold in the shower). The floors were not really clean, so I cleaned them all after arrival (which I have never done before in any rented appartment). After all we really enjoyed the stay. It was quite in the house, we had enough space and it was only 2 minutes of walk to the beach or to the main train station. The appartment is worth the price due to the facts stated above.

A week in Cannes

This apartment on Rue De Hoche is ideally located to enjoy the city of Cannes . It’s easily within walking distance to the beach and has all the restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The apartment is comfortable and the air con works very well.

Work trip to Cannes

During the Cannes Lions Festival I had the good fortune to stay at this beautiful and charming apartment with two of my colleagues. The building owner and building manager were a pleasure to communicate with and extremely accommodating and the apartment itself was spacious and elegant, with lovely bedrooms that looked out over the restaurant lined cobblestone street below. It was the perfect apartment for our trip and located in an ideal spot in the city.

Un bel appart, emplacement idéal

Location fantastic

A beautiful flat in an excellent area close to beach, train station and all shops. Aircon made it very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious and airy. We hired a car and parked at free grand parking di plage and got number 1 or 2 or A to station rather than pay the expensive town car park fees. Had a thoroughly lovely holiday thanks

Wonderful experience

Visiting Cannes is always an exciting experience, but with Patricia's place it becomes very special. You will immediately feel at home - after the hospitable welcome from Arnold, who will help you stay, you will have everything you need in a wonderful apartment in a beautiful building in the heart of Cannes. There is nothing more to wish for as a location - steps from all key places and the sea, as well as conditions, so you will not want to leave. Many thanks and best wishes to Patricia for her responsiveness. I sincerely hope that next year we will be able to stay in this place again.

Lovely apartment in a great location in Cannes

The apartment has a lovely french atomosphere and is situated in the heart of Cannes. The images make it justice apart from we also had a french balcony from the master bedroom facing the café street. It was a tiny balcony and only had room for 2 but can squeeze 4, great place to sit with a glass of wine and view the street life. There is air condition in every room and it was nice to come in after a warm day out side. The bus station is just behind the apartment, 2 minutes walk. Make sure you understand the timetable. We missed our train from nice to Cannes and had to take a taxi. We also got ripped of since we had to pay 130 euros for a taxi at 10 pm for 6 persons (van). It should rally cost 90 euro! On the street of the apartment is lots of lovely cafés and restaurants. It is 10 minutes walk to old town and 5 min walk to the public beach. We used the beach chairs and umberellas from the apartment which is a good service. The kitchen have everything you need! It was very clean and we would definately recommend you to stay here! Patricia was quick to reply on our request and have been very helpful. Arnold, the agent on site, was very kind and helped us to settle in. We could check in earlier than stated on the website, it was no problem which was very kind. There is a supermarket nearby and a fruit/vegetable market close. If you are thinking about visiting Cannes I would recommend to stay here rather than staying in an hotel. We loved it (4 adults+ 2 teenagers:)

Great Property in a great location.

The property was clean and well presented throughout with high ceilings and light airy rooms the air conditioning and wi-fi was a bonus. A superb location no more than five minutes from the station and the beach. Something for everyone at this resort you can spend as much or as little as you want. Great sandy beeches, we took a day trip to Italy, Monaco on the TER service, also went to Nice, Menton and believe me the beeches in Cannes are far superior. If your bored of sunbathing all day then hit the shops, whether designer or local market stalls in the old town this resort has everything. The local bus service at 1 euro 50 the ticket is validated on board and lasts for 59 minutes from when you got on the bus and you can change buses as many times as you like. We took the train to Ventimilia for the Friday market, one adult paid 16 euro for the Zhou pass and the remaining 4 adults costs 10 euros and the journey took 1 hr 15 minutes. Some restaurants on the sea front were expensive but the property is situated in the bustling Rue Hoche where you are located right at the heart of French café culture, we loved our stay, the weather was fantastic and the owners representative in France, Arnold was a real pleasure to meet, we only had to call him out once because of a problem with the TV / Wi-Fi connection but it was easily resolved, the welcome pack on arrival was second to none - we will definitely be returning. We caught the Eurostar at Ebbsfleet International at 6.00 am, and then the TGV from Gare de Lyon to Cannes arriving 15:30 and on the beach by 4.00 pm.

A perfectly located appartment to enjoy the beaches and the shops of Cannes

Un appartement fonctionnel avec beaucoup de charme

Merci Patricia pour votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse. Quant à Véronique, je la remercie pour son excellent sens de l'accueil. Cet appartement remplit tous les critères pour passer de bonnes vacances : TV avec Freebox, wifi qui passe très bien, petite cuisine mais très bien équipée, séjour et chambres spacieuses. Le tout décoré avec goût. De plus, on peut tout faire à pied! Tout était parfait, je recommande donc vivement la location de Patricia. Si j'en ai à nouveau l'occasion, je n'hésiterai pas à revenir!

Une tres belle semaine

Superbe appartement spacieux , plein de charme, oasis de fraicheur et de tranquillite en plein centre de Cannes. Literie de tres bonne qualite, jolie cuisine, des livres, des magasines, bon wi-fi, tele mille chaines. Et en plus, le pack de bienvenue de Mr. Arnold qui vous attend avec tout ce qu'il vous faut pour commencer avec la joie de vivre les vacances. Great place super location

I stayed here with two friends for 11 nights. We met up with the owners associate at the apartment and were brought through the apartment and all was explained. Everything worked and was easy to manage. The location was important to us and from the travelling I have done this apartment really is superbly located. Grocery Shop, Shops, Beach and Train Station are so near. The Public Bus is a short walk, but we mainly travelled by train. For location with amenities on your doorstep, bed room size, all the equipment, equipped kitchen, (and the nice touch) French doors in the bedrooms. And most importantly value for money, this apartment is really worth it. **Tip if you are travelling to more than one place via the Train on the same day, purchase a Zou Pass at the Train Station for €15.00. You can make multiple trips for no additional charge.

Great centrally located apartment in Cannes!

This flat is superbly located both for business and holiday. It has 3 big double bedrooms with nice comfy beds and 2 bathrooms. It is very clean and the service provided is excellent. Wifi works fine. I have stayed twice now and will return. I have been to Cannes more than 30 times and have been renting various apartments, this is one of the best I have been in!

A very convenient apartment

Central place from everything. specious apartment. We are a family with 3 kids of 14, 11 & 4 yrs old. There were dvds & tv channels for kids & grownups; board games. There are also books if you want to have a quite night on the balcony. The balcony is overlooking a very nice street. There is a picnic set/bag with glasses, plates & all. There are umbrellas & folding chairs for the beach. I was hesitant to stay in Cannes because we were roaming a lot & visited many villages but the convenience of the train station (right behind) was a plus. Arnold (the local agent) is a true star. Very friendly & very helpful. The place is equipped like I’ve seen no other. Only one point, the kitchen / kitchen appliances were not clean at all! That was the only negative point in this place. I would definitely give it a 2nd chance though because everything else was super.

The apartment with everything.

Our party consisted of 6 ladies of a certain age who all thought the apartment was excellent. The bedrooms were large even with twin beds and two adults in each. The linen was spotless. The living/eating space is not huge but perfectly adequate for our needs and we ate in several nights. Very close to the apartment are the station, two fresh food markets, a supermarket, an Irish pub, loads of cafes and a carry-out pizza place. The beach and the "posh" hotels are also on the doorstep. The beds are comfortable, the rooms quiet and there is a lift if necessary. I have never stayed in better supplied accommodation. It even had fresh flowers for our arrival. We had one little hic-cup when the dishwasher leaked but was dealt with immediately by Arnold the local agent. The favourite meal was in Le Caveau near Le Suquet where we got a superb set menu meal for 26 euros. I have no qualm about recommending Patricia's home from home flat.

Appartamento stupendo spazioso e in pieno centro

Sono stata in costa azzurra altre 6 volte prima di questa ma questo é il più bel appartamento dove sono stata.Un appartamento bello curato spaziosissimo con tutti i comfort e cosa più importante molto ma molto pulito.Avendo 2 bambini piccoli nel viaggio del andata ci siamo fermati più volte e siamo arrivati la nel tardo pomeriggio.Pensavo di dover pulire tutta la casa invece ho trovato tutto splendente.La casa é perfetta, in 16 giorni che ci sono stata non ho trovato un solo difetto.Cé aria condizionata in tutta la casa. Una settimana sono venuti dei nostri amici a trovarci e anche loro si sono innamorati della casa.I 2 bagni con 2 docce e una vasca sono stati impagabili. Anche se eravamo in tanti ci mettevamo un attimo a fare le docce e a prepararci ad uscire. Poi Patrizia e Arnold sono stati sempre gentilissimi e disponibili. L'appartamento è in centro avvolto da un'atmosfera molto romantica, sembra quasi di stare a Parigi veramente suggestivo ed è a 300 metri dal palazzo del film festival e sempre a 300 metri c'è la spiaggia, molto adatto a chi ha famiglia ma anche a chi vuole passare una vacanza con gli amici.Lo consiglio a tutti e spero di ritornarci.

Fantastic Apartment

This is a really nice traditional style spacious apartment located in the centre of Cannes only two blocks from La Croisette parallel to Rue D'Antibes. The apartment is beautifully decorated in a traditional French style and is air conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with everything that is needed for self catering.There is a little balcony ideal for a people watching while enjoying a glass of wine.Deck chairs and a beach blanket are provided - great for use on the public beach in Cannes.There is a market most days around the corner in Place Gambetta. Traveling by train is a great way to see the Cote D'Azur and the train station is a short walk away. If you want the authentic French experience then this is the place to stay. We hope to go back!

Just in the centre

This apartment is in a great situation. No need for a car. You can find everything you need in the apartment. We had some problems with coffee maker and laundry machine, but Arnold and Patricia fixed them. If you need space I think this is a place for you!

great location, lovely apartment, would recommend

The apartment actually looks much nicer than the photos presented on the website. It was tidy, clean, spacious, comfortable and homely. The welcome pack with drinks and snacks was nice, there were also some shower gels, soap, shampoo and skin cream to use. It is very peaceful at night considering it is literally in the middle of everything. The location is fantastic, making for an excellent base from which to explore. Mon Prix shopping centre is about 1 minutes walk away for food shopping. Rue d'Antibes (which I guess is like the equivalent to London's Oxford Street) runs parallel to the road the apartment is on. The bus/ train station also runs parallel to the road of the apartment (but you can't hear the noise of trains from the apartment) so it is easy to get the train from or to the airport in Nice (if you want to go by train). The beach is 5 minutes walk away and there is a fold-away beach chair provided in the apartment, as well as beach mats. There are some good bars within walking distance (5 minutes or so) and the club, Baoli is only 20-30 minutes walk away on foot (if you want to walk)! It is a great location to have as your base to explore the South of France. Although we looked at many other beautiful options for accommodation in Cannes, I can say the four of us were pleased we had made the right choice and had no regrets at all. Arnold was very helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. I would recommend this property to anyone travelling to Cannes and would definitely want to stay here again if travelling with a group.

Top spot!

The first point to make about this apartment is the location. You will not find a more central spot, a few minutes from the beach, the main shopping street, the station, restaurants and even a supermarket at the end of the street. The welcome was good. Arnold is a great guy, helpful and accomodating. The cold beer and soft drinks in the fridge were also well received! The apartment itself was big enough for our family of five. The living area isn't huge, but perfectly comfortable. The kitchen is tiny but very well equipped. We had some friends over for dinner one evening without any difficulty, which should give you an idea of the space. It was all very easy and very enjoyable. Would recommend.

Great Apartment!

Heavenly Holiday

I would like to thank the owner of this property and her wonderful agent Arnold for providing such a CLEAN, well equipped and beautiful apartment. This apartment is value for money with all the fine touches of home in an excellent location in Cannes. We were welcomed on arrival with a very generous supply of food and drinks, which was much appreciated after our 10 hour drive on the road. The children were well supplied with an excellent range of DVD's and board games. We are Australian's from Sydney and would highly recommend this accommodation to all our friends.

Why they chose this property

We were immediately struck by the ' French ' feel of this apartment, So many apartments that we saw could have been in any part of the world. Also having seen quite a number of pokey flats, it's size was a huge plus. Add to that its location & the apartment was irresistible.
The fact that the apartment had 2 WCS & 2 Showers sealed the deal.

In my estimation & in speaking with repeat clients, the main benefits of our apartment are it's Location & Size. You are on the street that lies between Rue d''Antibes & the railway station. Everything is within walking distance Beach, Palais, Old Town.
In furnishing the apartment I wanted to retain the Frenchness & yet create a home from home. Cannes has a something for everyone & is a holiday destination for 12 months of the year. Christmas & New Year are magical & our apartment is a home from home
