Large studio apt 1.5 blocks from Bridge of Lions with easy walk to Historic St. Augustine and short drive to the beach. Great hosts! Hope to return sometime.

Great Location!

My husband and I had a great stay in this St. Augustine studio. Thanks to the unit's convenient location, we were able to walk across the bridge into town every day and we also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood to nearby restaurants. Our host was also very accommodating as she allowed us to check in early and gave us beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler to borrow. The shared pool is also very nice, but as noted in the welcome packet in the studio, it isn't heated so not really usable until the summertime. The owners have pets on-site, including 2 cats and a dog - the dog, Cocoa, looks intimidating as she barks at you from the gate, but she's really sweet, and the owner met us first to welcome us before we entered. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great getaway!

This was the perfect place to stay for a girls weekend getaway! The location is only a few minutes from historic downtown and the beach; and having a private pool area was amazing. The studio was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and helped us get settled.

Perfect for a quick trip

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the major downtown attractions, but away from the crowds when we wanted to just relax. The hosts were communicative and friendly. I've already shared this location with family that live locally as a rental to recommend to others visiting from out of town.

It was plenty of room for 4 of us, had everything we needed, lots to do within walking distance. Host were great! Say hi to Coaco ha! Really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after the walk to downtown

Family Vacation 2024

The Studio apartment was spacious and clean and enough space for my family of 4. The location was great and an easy walk across the Bridge to get to historic downtown. The owners were very accommodating, and very pleasant, and everything you need is for essentials was provided. I would definitely recommend and would stay again when visiting the area.

Amazing experience!

My mom and I came to St. Augustine for a mother-daughter trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with this stay! The property is so spacious, comfortable, and the owners super accommodating and welcoming. Perfect location, a short walk over the bridge to downtown. Awesome St Aug Weekend

Everything about this place is great: the location, the space, the amenities and to top it off the owners are very responsive and so friendly! The place is exactly as pictured and very clean. We spent time in the pool and hot tub and pretty much walked everywhere we needed to go. Thanks for a relaxing and fun stay!

Happy Anniversary

The property took our beath away as soon as we arrived. It's so beautiful. The property owners were top knotch. Sara was amazing! I told her that I wanted to surprise my husband with Champagne out in the hot tub and she told me to text her 30 minutes before we were going to go out there and she would have it ready. And she did. We will definitely reserve again. Happy 17th Anniversary!

Quiet stay

The overall stay was great the property was quiet and clean, and the owners were friendly, my only issues were the property is advertised as though it ground level, the beds weren't firm at all, woke up my back was killing me, also the water would only get Luke warm boarderlining cold, couldn't shower, had to use sink...also the 10am checkout is extremely early for people that have to drive long distances. Especially with a 4pm check in.

The place was very nicely decorated and clean. Close to the Bridge of Lions so accessable to the city center. And to the beaches, just what we needed a weekend get away place to rest for the evenings !!!

Great studio!

My cousin and I stayed here recently and it was perfect. The studio was clean and plenty big for the 2 of us girls for a long weekend. Hosts were great and location was very ideal- safe easy walk to downtown. I’ll definitely stay here again my next trip to St. Augustine

Cute little studio

We arrived after staying in the mountains for a week and had a lot of luggage. Unfortunately I didn’t realize we had to go up 2 flights of steps to get into the studio, but it was super cute and comfy and smelled nice. My son was bummed the air hockey table was no longer there, but the pool and other children toys and the resident dog Coco made up for it.

Great place for a get-away

We celebrated our 40th anniversary here and it was just perfect. The hosts are amazing and the space is private and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again!
