Wunderschöne Lage

Sehr hübsche Ferienwohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse, die von vormittags bis nachmittags Sonne hat, was im Winter sehr schön ist! Herrlicher Blick über die ganze Bucht!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a lovely, cozy and clean place. There is an extremely well equipped kitchen, towels and bedding come with the rental (including beach towels). We made food use of the electronic mosquitoe swatter (needed when the rain came). The property even had beach equipment, including parasols. We really appreciated these little touches, and enjoyed the sunny art around the property. Communication was first class, thank you! The view is simply stunning. I insisted on slow mornings wherever possible, just to sit on the verandah and enjoy the view with a morning coffee. Beds were okay, could do with being upgraded soon. There was a hot water issue (showers kept running cold with the hot water never to return, which got annoyingas one stood there in soap suds). When we reported it upon leaving, the property manager was apologetic ant assured us that this was unusal and would get it sorted. Please note one has to to be fully able-bodied to get to and from this place. If you are unsteady on your feet, avoid! Would happily go back :-)

A place that could be better than it is

The place is OK but certainly not a place where we would like to stay again. The apartment was clean but not cleaned up. Stuff is often just crumpled in the cupboards and shelfs. One morning the whole apartment was smelling like a slurry pit from all the bathrooms. Probably this house does not have any ventilation of the toilet drain, so that every once in a while the siphons are sucked empty and you smell those things that you certainly don't want to smell. For the rest of the days it was not as bad because we sealed all the siphons during the night and flushed them in the morning but it was still always smelly. In order to make things better the only advice was: "Why don't you use an air refreshener from the grocery store?" Seriously?? According to the description, there is a parking belonging to this appartment but when we got there, we had to park on the street. The so called "grill" was not really reachable unless you arrive there with a machete since it stands somewhere deep in the so called garden which is rather a jungle since there is no way to really walk through it. So the garden... It could be a really nice garden if someone would take care of it but unfortunately it is completely run-down. Same holds for the little terrace inside the garden. It could be a very nice place with a potentially good view but as run-down as it is right now it is really no fun to sit there. All in all: It could be a great place but unfortunately it would need a little more maintainance.

Comfortable apartment in a brilliant location with amazing views

Amazing location with amazing views. Breakfasts and dinners on the terrace outside were blissful. Apartment has everything that you need for your stay. Great training going up and down 193 steps down to the port. Great tips/information from the owner and agent. The only minus point was a fight with the security box at the beginning to get the keys to the apartment (solved by the agent in the end by using the second safety box instead). Hopefully this is fixed going forward and should not be a problem for future guests. Definately recommend the apartment and the area. We did lost of hiking and it is easy to use local buses and taxis.

Schöne Zeit in toller Lage

Ein schönes Appartement, alles da,was man braucht. Vor allem eine wunderschöne Lage oberhalb der Bucht mit einem sensationellen Ausblick. Lobenswert auch der Kontakt mit Mats, der Verwalter des Objektes, super informiert von ihm, bezüglich Anfahrt, Zugang, parken usw

Fabulous view

Really lovely, view is incredible. Apartment is cosy and has everything you need for a great trip. Coms with Jamie and the management company were very good. There was a heavy downpour the day we arrived at the beginning of the week - the pool area wasn’t swepped until the weekend and looked a little neglected. Other than that, a wonderful stay and would recommend.

Toller Blick!

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen im Apartment verlebt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war, wie beschrieben und die Wohnungsübergabe per Telefon unkompliziert. Da Anfang März die Abende noch recht kühl sind, waren die heizenden Klimageräte sehr angenehm. Vormittags ist die Sonne auf der Terrasse und am Nachmittag im Garten. Vom Parkplatz oben an der Straße sind es nur einige Stufen zur Wohnung und die ca. 200 Stufen zum Strand waren leichter zu bewältigen, als gedacht. Die Wohnung und die Anlage sind schon etwas älter aber alles war sauber und gepflegt.

Nice area, lovely views but pool-area needs to be fixed

We loved our stay, slept so well at night!⭐️ The flat is not new, but worked perfectly for us. A bit tired here and there, and a mouldy shower curtain, but overall all good, loved the personal touch. Unfortunately the pool and common areas outside the flat are really worn out and lowers the overall impression.

Cosy home with amazing views

Great communication from the start with both the property owner and property manager. The house is comfortable and well equipped and felt like a home from home. We really appreciated the beach toys and parasols, games and kitchen equipment. It's a loooong way up via the stairs, but that position affords an amazing view of the bay and a real sense of quiet.

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben wieder unseren Urlaub auf der herrlichen Terasse und dem wunderschönen Garten mit sensationellem Blick auf die Bucht von Port de Soller und in das Tal von Soller genossen. Die Unterkunft ist keine sterile und unpersönlich eingerichtete Wohnung,, sondern ein atmosphärisches Urlaubsdomizil inkl. Kunstausstellung! Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder!!!!

Ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung! Die Kommunikation vorab und der Check-in verlief problemlos und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt so, dass man einen schönen Blick auf den Hafen und die Berge hat und morgens konnten wir auf der schönen Terrasse in der Sonne frühstücken. Wir haben unseren ersten kleinen Frühlings-Urlaub mit Baby sehr genossen, vielen Dank!

Schöne Aussicht

Quartier und Lage wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Gut ausgestattet und mit 4 Personen auch groß genug. Parkplatz mit normalem Auto nicht nutzbar. Kleinwagen mag gehen. Genügend Parkplätze auf der oberen Straße Kommen gern mal wieder. Viele Grüße Maik und Sylvia

Tolle Lage, individuelle Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht.Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause,sehr persönlich und gemütlich…. Die Lage und der Blick über Puerto Soller ist phänomenal… Die Terapia und das Gärtchen wirken mediterran und laden zum sitzen ein.. Sehr ruhige Lage. Einziger deutlicher Minuspunkt: alles ist ein klein bisschen schmuddelig,also ein Appell an die Reinigungskräfte!! Das mindert aber nicht den Gesamteindruck.Würde sofort wieder buchen..

Dès le premier contact, on a été traité comme des connaissances. Des échanges faciles, rapides, informations exhaustives et utiles. L’agent s’est arrangé pour nous permettre à nous installer plus tôt, sans qu’on lui le demande. Super gentil ! L’appartement a absolument tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. On avait l’impression de loger chez des amis. Je ne pourrais pas conseiller des améliorations, les proprios ont fait le mieux possible. N’ayez pas peur des escaliers, il y en a beaucoup de marches, mais bien distribuées et les tournants offrent la possibilité d’admirer encore la vue (en essayant de deviner où Judy avait posé son chevalet pour peindre l’une ou l’autre toile que vous trouvez dans l’appartement 😉).
