This is a great location- you can walk to restaurants, shopping, clubs- and of course the beach is right there!!

We have free wifi, are right across from the beach at 530 Ocean Dr., with nothing between you and the ocean-. - a perfect place to relax and enjoy some fun and sun.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath South Beach apartment has a view of the beach and ocean- It has been totally remodeled with a flat screen TV in every bedroom. All 3 bedrooms have a Queen size bed- and the master has its own bathroom ensuite. There is an updated full kitchen with cooktop, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. , The living room has ONE single sofa Sleeps 6-7


There are App operated laundry facilities available on every floor. There is an elevator-and free hi speed wifi and cable tv
We have an awesome site manager named Helena that everyone loves. If you have never been to South Beach She is a wealth of information and available if you need anything

Lummus Park and the beach is right across the street. Wet Willies, Fat Tuesdays, Pink and many other clubs are within walking distance.
Walgreens and Publix are close by for your grocery and pharmacy needs

The South Beach Local is the cheapest and most scenic way to travel South Beach. The shuttles breezes around South Beach every 10-15 minutes, stopping at numerous bus stops. The shuttle is air conditioned. The hours of operation are as follows: Monday to Saturday (7:45am - 1am) Sundays and Holidays (10am - 1am)

Great girls trip

Our condo was clean and in a great location. Everything is walking distance and we had a view of the Miami Beach sign. Helena was very communicative and gave great recommendations during our stay. We look forward to booking again.

Great time in Miami Beach

We had a wonderful time in Miami Beach and enjoyed our stay in the Barbizon apartment. Almost everything was as expected. The kitchen could have been a bit cleaner and the utensils could have been a bit more comprehensive. Helena, the housekeeper, however, was very helpful and took care of all our requests immediately. The often mentioned noise level from the bar downstairs was acceptable and music stopped latest at midnight. Therefore, no issue for us and the great location in the heart of Miami Beach with no distance to the beach made up for everything.

We were staying with family for several days and the location was ok. not the best. The overall stay was unclean and misrepresenting. The entrance and the hall ways smelled terrible. The unit was dirty. the beds were so uncomfortable. The rooms were not set up for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms were terrible and dated. I would not recommend staying here ever. THe music was loud at all hours of the morning and night. Please stay far away from this entire building. The reviews are wrong

A trip to remember!

The location of this property was perfect for our thanksgiving break with our teens. Every night we would walk all Ocean boulevard, have dinner and drinks on different places, enjoyed beautiful sunrises and long walks by the beach. Didn’t need the rental car as much as we thought! The host Helena was really sweet and attentive.

South Beach Experience

My friends and I enjoyed our time in South Beach at this great location. The communication with the host was great -- easy check in/out, secure and accessible for our multiple guests. We were only a short walk ~3 minutes to the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location. Overall would highly recommend for anyone looking for a prime location to accommodate a mid sized group in South Beach.

Miami Beach Stay

Dealing with Helena was first class a wonderful and friendly lady with so many great tips of places to go and eat and drink. Apartment location is fantastic could not be any better. Unfortunately the apartment is tired and needs a refresh which made the mandatory insurance fee for damage a rip off. But for four days was fine.

Great place to stay!

If you’re looking for a place in the middle of the Ocean Dr scene, THIS is it! The listing host and property manager were very attentive and helpful. Communication was excellent. The property itself was very modern compared to other listings I had considered. Great amenities were included and great AC! I’m this summer Miami heat, was very much appreciated. We had a nice few of the ocean and we’re steps away from tons of restaurants and shops to choose from. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

The Real South Beach

My family of 4 (15 and 12 year old kids) stayed here in early April and had an absolute blast. The place was the perfect size for our crew and the location could not be beat. We loved the feeling of being in the heart of South Beach but in a more residential way. The place itself was a perfect size for us. Both Lucinda and Helena were incredible - from locking in the reservation with Lucinda to the personal touch of Helena being local and helping out with all of the accommodations. Lastly, the view from the place and the restaurant Jalapeño's were awesome. Bottomline is if you want to stay in SB with the feeling like you are more of a local, this is a great place for you.

Great Spot/Bad Seevice

The apartment is in a perfect location for a fun weekend in south beach and is great for a group. But the downsides were only one key for a three-bedroom that sleeps six people. No bathtub as listed. No washcloths or hand towels. No soap in showers ( should be listed that guests need their own soap for shower.) We asked for an extra key and Helena (the contact) did not have one.

Poor quality beds, linens and overall cleanliness

Our family was needing to stay one night close to the cruise ports. The towels for stained and beds were hard as a rock. Pillows were flat and thrift store quality. Faucets were dirty and poor design of main shower caused excessive amount of water to splash onto bathroom floor after each use. Overall cleanliness of propterty was poor considering a $200 cleaning fee after each use. It looks like the cleaning fee is not properly being utilized and no investment in comfort for guests. Location seems very convenient for restaurants and beach. Building is older and reflects the overall age of that part of southbeach.

Good but not great

Things i liked - Beach proximity - Walking distance to restaurants and shops - Responsive host/manager Things i didn’t like - Dusty shelves, dusty fake plants - Hair in the corners on the floor - No dryer separately but there is a wash/dry cycle - Very noisy before midnight, 3 restaurants under the windows, loud music blasting - Big window is beautiful but dirty and greasy - Toilet broke a couple of times, water didn’t fill up, clogged later - The dishwasher was full upon arrival, i had to unload someone else’s dishes - Couches are uncomfortable - too wide and too low. You can’t sit normally on them - Couch pillows are dirty - No oven - Microwave oven wasn’t heating - Dog(s) nextdoor/nextfloor keep barking - No Tupperware We had a very good stay overall. I pointed out these things because they can be easily fixed and corrected, which will make this place much cleaner.

Dust with a view.

Wonderful location, super close to the beach and everything else that we needed. The apartment, however, was a different story. Clearly neglected, the floors were grimy, the fridge was stinky, the washer worked but the dryer didn’t, the club next door is LOUD until late, and 2 of the 3 bedrooms were exceptionally tiny. There was hair all over the bathroom floors and mold in the shower caulk. The sheets were also quite filthy, even though the owner insisted that they are always changed between guests, I’m not so sure that’s the case. Our biggest issue was the DUST; it clung to the walls, the vents, and the fans. There was SO much of it that two of our guests had to spend the remainder of their stay in a hotel due to allergies. The owner offered to come in and have it cleaned, but throwing the dust airborne would have made it even worse than it already was. She was kind enough to offer some money back for the inconvenience, but the offer (one third of the cleaning fee) was a slap in the face with what we paid to stay there. Would not stay there again.

Location, location, location!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was so conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go. I would suggest parking at the parking garage at 7th street and collins. At $20 a day, it is cheaper than the other garages. The restaurant (downstairs) music ends around 1am so if you want quiet that maybe a problem. It is a clean and spacious condo.

Summer getaway

The location was perfect! 2 of the 3 rooms are small and the 2nd bathroom is small. They are big enough to sleep in only no walking around. The view is amazing! The beach is directly across the street. We would definitely stay again but not with 6 grown adults. The lady at check in was great!
